So...Im not sure how these people make money. I walk in and the store is the size of small bedroom. The area with the back issues has ZERO labels or sense of organization. Plus, its covered with merchandise that appears to need to be out away. The new issues are stacked around the border of the room, on top of each other. And again, with no sense of organization. The people working are both sitting behind the counter (invisible from the door), on their phones. I assume they were the owners, because I dont think a person with any self respect would work here. They barely acknowledge my presence, nor offer any input on the stores strange layout. I manage to walk around the room 4 times without so much as an "are you looking for any in particular?". I stand for a second and look at both of them...No eye contact. On top of all that, the place felt filthy. I mean disgusting. I was scared to touch anything. I love visiting comic book stores when Im on the road. I like to see what they do that I like, and to avoid. This place was a categorical failure.

A great local mom and pop comic shop and toy store, this store is the best, they have the best prices and a wonderful friendly staff, kids love this place and parents do too, they have something for everyone, it is a great comic book store, I love shopping at this place, this is a great place for families, parents and children, young adults, teenagers and seniors all like shopping here, they have all the best new comics every weeks, tons of graphic novels, the best toys and action figures, lots and lots of classic comic books from the 60s,70s,80s,90s and 2000s, they have all the best back issue comic books, go there today for Free Comic Day and get 3 of the best brand new comics from Marvel, DC, IDW, Archie Comics, Titan Comics, Yen Press and more, all absolutely free! This store has built a bond with the families in the Largo and Seminole area and they are the very best comic book store in the Largo and Clearwater area. They get 5 stars from me!

I was really happy when a comic shop opened much closer to home than the ones I had been frequenting. I like that they give a discount on all issues , period, no hoops to jump through. Just a straight discount on all issues just for walking in the door. Theyre very knowledgeable on upcoming comics and what you might be interested in. Also willing to order you issues they might not normally carry. I find it a very good experience. Sometimes the store opens late, yes, but but I have to point out that it is a mom & pop store with NO other employees. They are only human, and as such, unfortunately, health issues must be attended to. We must remember, I think, that we dont walk in their shoes and should understand that health issues, emergencies, and human error does happen. If you want a good shop, with good prices, check this place out. They work hard at running this business and in the end, theyre a great comic shop to come back to.

IF YOU ARE COMING FROM ULMERTON ROAD THEY ARE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM PARK BLVD THEY ARE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STREET. LOOK FOR THE RED LETTERS THAT ARE ABOVE THE BUILDING - THE WORD COMICS - . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL.

Lock work

Sorry but you cant take someones name and number for certain comics that are coming out, dont contact them to let them know you have those comics in store then call them months later telling them they have a bill total.. Not a good way to run a business.

Went during business hours and doors where lock My advice , call before heading over there to make sure its open I drove about 40 minutes to see a sign saying "yeah were open" and nobody was there . Not going back there

2nd day this week I have gone to the store during business hours and the doors have been locked. The lights are on and the sign says OPEN, but no one is there. Not sure whats going on there....

I like the sheer variety of comic books they carry. It is very interesting. You can flip through their back issues and find something wonderful.
