August 28th, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received from Barista Erin. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha iced coffee with 8 pumps of white chocolate. The original Barista passed my cup to Erin to make. She made the iced coffee and as she handed it to me, told me to give it a stir. I thought that was an interesting response considering it has never been given to me in the manner to which you could see the syrup sitting directly at the bottom of the cup. So, I stirred my coffee and left in usual fashion. I took a sip and thought that it didnt taste as if it had the correct amount of syrup. I took out my receipt and called the store. I explained that I had just left the store, repeated my order, and stated that the drink didnt taste the way I wanted. Erin rather rudely informed me that she made the drink and she knows she added eight pumps. She then said "I graduated from Sesame Street numbers. I added eight pumps like 1....2....3........" and her voice trailed off. I asked if I could just have the drink replaced and she said I could come back. I told her I was almost to my next destination and as soon as I was finished, I would bring the drink back. Upon returning to the store, Erin came from out of the back room and did not greet me as she walked right past me. The other Barista asked if Erin had taken my order to which Erin insisted the other Barista (I did not catch her name or take a look at her nametag as I had to do to identify Erin) to take care of me. I simply asked if I could instead just have the iced coffee as a frappuccino instead considering I was highly disappointed in the taste. She took care of me and once again Erin made my drink. Upon finishing, she handed me the drink and snidely said "I hope this drink is better for you." My issue is, as a fellow customer service worker, how Erin handled the situation. Erin took a defensive and argumentative position when I called to ask if the problem could be corrected. Furthermore, I felt offended that she would insinuate I was lying instead of offering to satisfy the scenario. I frequent this store more than any other (and I live in Titusville). I love Starbucks and have always been satisfied upon my departure from the location. Today left me feeling offended, disappointed, and contemplating never coming to this location again.

I Bike from Rockledge by Fisk and Barton, to this Starbucks a 3.6 mile bike ride every day that weather and life permits. I usually go to study or relax. The service there Is nice, they are very Helpful and patient with Customers. I often hear different people come in asking about the same things every day at least once every 5 to ten minutes. And every time the questions are asked there is always a smile on the hostess face, and a sweet reply with the answer provided. And by the off chance that they dont know the answer, instead of just saying they Dont know or Giving wrong information like most other cafes I have been to, they Instead take the time to find the correct answers to give you, such as "Do refills count towards points on a starbucks card" was the one i asked, which she promptly looked up for me before i filled my coffee up to make sure that it would count and gave me the answer i needed, with prompt detail, and information accordingly. (there were no costumers behind me at the time). Particularly, the Hostess that has been the most help to me is Dan, to the point that he remembers what i want to order before i even order it. (one trente ice cofee with cream and sugar, caramel syrup substituted for the regular syrup.) and I know I am not the only person he has helped Either. He seems to be Very Very Very helpful to Allot of costumers around.

2nd time in a month, this location has opened almost TWO HOURS past its POSTED "Open Time". We live VERY close and have had multiple problems with this location ( Once I felt extreme empathy for a different customer getting blatantly made fun of by the staff behind the counter- 2 years ago or so. I watched the "barista crew" (pfffft) as they blatantly giggled and laughed then made jokes about this ladys appearance while making her coffee). This today just finally pushed me to make a review. 2 hours past opening? Really? Many times Ive come close to calling corporate because of the attitude of their staff, or the lack thereof should I say. Now apparently the party animal in charge of unlocking the door in the a.m. partied too hard at a Friday night Halloween bash; yet again, we sit in the midst of the unprofessional Rockledge Crossing location. My experience and review have to do with the poor staff that keep getting put on the team at this location. Stilll love my Starbucks but this location STINKS!

Drinks are made wrong half of the time and certain employees are not that friendly. It took four times to get a white chocolate mocha right today and it still had too much syrup. Started ordering iced green tea lemonade and most of the time those arent right either. Its very frustrating to have to constantly ask for your drink to be remade and then get an attitude in return. I Love the early morning staff however weekend afternoon staff definitely needs better management or training on making drinks and customer service.

I no joke go every morning, usually as they are still opening. Erica knowz my voice and has my drink ready and perfect everytime. The entire staff overall is the best team/family I have ever encountered. I speak personally from working in the serving industry for too many years. They by far take the cake. They are so good, I refuse to drink that excuse of a coffee at the Starbucks in Merritt island. Way to go rockledge, you complete my morning

Huge starbucks fan, however after multiple visits, very unimpressed with this location. Drinks are not made as ordered(nothing outrageous) mainly because the staff in the drive thru doesnt pay attention. Dont even think of asking them to correct their mistake (like making a Frappuccino versus a hot coffee) youll just get a douchey attitude. I would venture to a nearby Target or even over to the Viera location.

Worst experience ever; such a waste of money. Staff was not attentive to the few, easy details of my order. Oh, and I went to sit down at a table, and the whole thing came down on me. Almost ruined my favorite shirt with Frappuccino stains. Do yourself a favor and go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe across the street.

What a great Starbucks. Staff is friendly, helpful and very outgoing. They know what most of the regulars drink and greet them by name. I have been there 3 times in the last week and one of the employees already knows me and what I drink. This is a notch or two Nice the Starbucks standard.

I got a strawberry and creme venti tonight that was watered down to my liking. I spoke with the manager and she gladly replaced my venti and it was 10xs better than the first. Thank you Olivia and management team at Starbucks, phenomenal customer service!
