The drive-thru is literally the slowest one Ive ever been in. Honestly you will sit here for at least 10 minutes, more like 15. They never know which drink is mine when I do get to the window one time the person that handed me my drink said "heres whatever this is". It was a simple iced coffee with cream...? The last time I sat in the drive thru on my way to work for over 10 minutes and then my iced coffee had coffee grounds in the bottom of it, in such a thick layer theres no way no one noticed, they just decided to sell me the coffee anyway...Thanks.

Some of the staff is very friendly and helpful and make this a great experience. They almost always get my order right and it tastes great- but I cannot give this location 5 stars. There is one guy in particular (Scott, I believe) who is incredibly rude and blatantly rolls his eyes at me and is extremely rude and abrupt. I visit this location usually once or twice per week and have been treated terribly by this employee on multiple occasions. If you hate your job then do not work in the service industry.

Update: whats the point of birthday rewards when they just forget to give them to you anyway? Went to treat myself to an expensive drink and didnt see until later that I had paid for it! Very upset! Normally everything goes well when I run through this locations drivethru, but the last few times Ive gotten Americanos they havent tasted right... Or good. Luke warm, half full on one occasion, another tasted like dirty tap water, not coffee. Starting to feel disappointed for the high prices we pay.

Free Wi-Fi and ample parking with a fast drive thru make for decent Starbucks experience. Ive only been to this particular location a handful of times as I travel through Melbourne but its an overall decent experience. Busy location but the baristas always seem cheerful and have never misspelled my name. Outside seating and clean restrooms are a plus. /s/ William E. Terrible Starbucks. This location is horrible to get in and out of. They are consistently out of items and often times get my order wrong. I got a green tea latte here once and it tasted terrible. I returned it. Not only were the employees a tad skeptical of me, the 2nd latte tasted terrible too. I finally had to give up on my green tea latte and go with a coffee instead. Not a fan of this location.

In one word: frustrating. This is one of those Starbucks where when they get busy they just cannot make the drink how you order it. I just paid for a drink, took it back twice, and when they still couldnt get it right and acted impatient with me, I said forget it. Im out money with no drink. Terrible franchise outlet here, just terrible. Go elsewhere.

Nice atmosphere. Good coffee. Employees here are so friendly. I used to come here fairly regularly, then I stopped for a while. Last week I came back for the first time in over 6 months. Scott (an employee there) recognized me when I came in, remembered my name, said hello, and even remembered what drink I usually get. Love coming here.

Not much to say. Its your typical well run Star Bucks. A regular stop for a good coffee and/or a snack. The parking lot layout is a little tight, especially when packed and the line is backed up with caffeine withdrawn addicts. Certainly a breath of fresh air to sit in and escape the hordes of the adjacent Walmart.

Best feature of this Starbucks is its 11:30 P.M. (2330 hours) closing time. Friendly staff and easy parking are also worth bonus points. It is also in direct proximity to I-95 at the Viera Exit (191). It also offers a drive-thru window.

Nice place, they always get my order right. The drive through line can be ridiculously line but if you dont mind stepping out of your car, chilling to some music while waiting inside you can get through a lot faster and more relaxing.

Ive only ever had slow experiences here... the drive through isnt positioned well with regards to the surrounding entrances. It can get really backed up. We typically choose the Starbucks inside Target across the street over this one.

This is a key stopping point for my normal road trip. Service is quick, food and drinks are as expected, restaurant and bathroom is clean, free Wi-Fi. Refill on gas at the station next door, then re-up on food and drinks.

Typical Starbucks experience (very good) with lots of outdoor (covered) seating. Very convenient if you are traveling on I95 as this store is extremely close to the highway. Wifi is decent but not so good outside :(

Stopped here a few times. Each has been pleasant as expected. Quick staff makes for a quick stop esoecially when on the road. Not too far from I-95 and next to a gas station which makes it good for double refueling.

Staff is always friendly , but drive thru is always packed. They really should move the ordering booth more forward to allow cars to move out of parking lot. Other than that this is my go to starbucks.

Every time Ive ordered from this particular Starbucks or have had someone pick me up an iced coffee with cream and sugar they forget the sugar. It doesnt seem like a big deal but it happens every time.

Stop at this Starbucks a lot on my way to and ftom Moms house. Every time its a wonderful experience. Employees are always super friendly even at 11pm and they always get my drinks perfect.
