I usually dont have any problems with winn dixie but i am so outraged and humiliated. I called into this particular store just to be called a LIAR by the night shift manager today 1/28/15. one of the new store associates told my husband (who is not a frequent winn dixie shopper like myself) went in today to purchase milk from our WIC card and she told him that Winn Dixie no longer carries WIC grocery, if I was there I would know she is lying but he believed it and purchased from his bank card. When he came home I was outraged, I called back to speak to a buffoon of a manager and he didnt say anything to resolve the matter, no apologies or NOTHING, but instead insisted on saying "I dont believe she would say that, she didnt say that" like, really???? why would I lie over $4 measly dollars when I get WIC for free??? really?? cmon!! I need an apology or they wont hear the last of me! how disrespectful!! I could careless about the money but I want them to educate their associates & clerks properly and train them accordingly.

Winn Dixie is not my first choice for groceries, but occasionally I end up there. This store is clean and well lit. I wanted a brand of salt called Alessi, but it doesnt seem that they stock it. I ended up buying a small Morton sea salt shaker to get me through thanksgiving. They have a fairly large wine section but all I saw was low end wine. Nothing much above $10-12. I bought a bottle of 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon that was on sale, and it was nasty. I think it was just old stock that had been improperly stored since 2013.

No more self check out and their prices cant compete against walmart and I hate their loyalty card system, everybody and their stupid brother makes U get a loyalty card, how about I just TYPE in my phone number, NOT say it aloud of coarse. They play games with WIC people Ive noticed, dont take their nonsense, tell them to put the item back and watch them change their tune REAL fast. Offer real delivery service would ya!

My gripe is not with their products nor staff but with their EMV implementation. Forcing your customers to use a pin is an archaic practice, I made sure my banks removed my pin for a reason. I will not shop at a place that tells me how I use my debit or credit cards, I will not adapt to EMV as it will be overturned by federal law very soon.

The prices are pretty low but you dont get the same feel as shopping at Publix. It doesnt seem like they care as much about customer service but all the managers are friendly and its easy to get your shopping done here

This location is amazing. Very clean. Customer services skills by the workers is outstanding. Store is well organized making it easy to find everything. The hot food section and seafood are also amazing.
