The store is pretty clean and organized, but since I have been coming to the location the prices have really Sky rocket. I Know my brands and they are charging for some items the price I can get at tj maxx and marshalls-stuff that is brand new. For an example a Calvin Klein dress it ranges from $20-25 at this location and at tj maxx ranges from $20-30!!!! Today set it off for me though, there was a pair of "Pelle Mode" high heels for $100. Yes you seen right $100!!!!!!!! I thought maybe it is a high end designer I had never heard of, so I looked up the brand on eBay, and the most a BRAND NEW pair goes for is $49... Moral of the story, please Goodwill stop charging like you a designer boutique consignment shop, all your items are donated-stop being so greedy.

I am beyond disappointed with this Goodwill. I am 5 months pregnant and spent all day packing and moving with my husband and family. Completely exhausted, we loaded our uhaul with donation items and headed to this Goodwill. We arrived less than 15 minutes after closing and the people inside screamed at us that they were closed, refusing to even listen to our question about whether or not we could drop off donations. I understand that it was technically after closing, but how is it possible for people who work for a passionate cause to be completely disrespectful to people who were trying to donate??? I am so disappointed and I doubt Goodwill will ever get my donations again.

Employees are friendly and very helpful. Esp. Supervisor in back. (Dave?) very knowledgeable about different types of wood. He is always eager to help me. Peggy (i believe) a sales clerk and Audry are a delight. Again, b oth are always by my side if i need help. They are so nice and i cant wait to do my weekly trip to this store. I have found wonderful things there, which i wont see anywhere else. My home is 99% goodwill and i look the same getting daily compliments. I have to go. Where?? Well to the Coodwill store of course. Thus Goodwill always has very nice practically brand new clothes or gently used as platos closet would put it. Lol. GREAT prices and always putting out new things. My neighbor and I go there almost daily if not every other day.

Prices a more expensive because its in Palm Beach County. This Goodwill always has decent stuff. Its neat and tidy. Some Goodwill stores are a MESS but this one is always clean. Employees friendly.
