The only reason I am giving them 1 star is to be able to write a review. You will think since this is in a quiet area the employees would be a little more customer friendly. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this Publix bakery department. The first time the employees were very rude when I went to get a cake and asked to have it written on. This time the Manager was rude when I understand I called to order a cake kind of last minute but I did not need to pick the cake up until 1 p.m. and I called first thing in the morning to place the order. The manager was not helpful at all. Even after telling me he didnt have cakes that needed to be picked up before 1 p.m. I will never give them business again. Especially since I we shop here every time for my companies birthday they just lost a life time of business. This is not the first time an employee of mine told us not to use this Publix for our birthday cakes. But this time I will most definitely listen they have to do better shopping is not a pleasure here.

Love this location! For me its convenient, but due to its small size, its also just a nice place to shop. The shopping carts are smaller, and of course, like all Publix, the employees are super friendly and helpful. (For the most part. Everyone has their day) Being a smaller store, they dont carry everything you might find in a larger location. Keep that in mind if you choose to visit this location. They will have all the usual popular stuff, but youre looking for something unusual, or not so popular, it might not be here. The produce is always fresh, and they have a good meat selection too. The deli section cant get extremely busy at times. Especially during lunch time during the week. They do have an order ahead system, so that will help if you choose to use it.

Excellent Service; CONSISTENTLY, throughout the Palm Aire store. I especially would like to acknowledged the entire team at the pharmacy Dept. (Jason, Samantha, Yolanda and Jacklyn are by far, the BEST team members Ive had the pleasure of meeting. Good old fashion, SERVICE WITH A SMILE & they are all very RESPECTFUL, ALWAYS friendly & Patient! They continously impress me with their willingness to go the extra mile to assit my husband and I with any questions regarding our RXs. In addition, I would also like to mention Martha at ck out and the team members at the Customer service desk. Thank you all for making my shopping experience a pleasurable one at PUBLIX PALM AIRE ;-)

I just moved into a warehouse down the street and before then never had any real reason to come to this Publix location — but now, I will be coming here a lot more often. This store is what every Publix should base their goals on. Theyre clean, have great customer service and are very friendly all the time. I used to work at the old #141 location in Pompano Beach when I was in high school and never thought this highly of my own store. Whoever was working the deli section on 7/22 @ 2:35 PM deserves great praise. These guys and gals are great. Keep it up yall! Very excited to have stumbled upon this somewhat hidden gem in the neighborhoods of Palm Aire!

I had to return several expired items and now check everything before I buy. The store rotates thru new items in one or two ordering cycles which drives me crazy when I find a new item I like. They have completely eliminated sausage frozen pizza, I guess the frozen food buyer keeps kosher. Lastly, they need to monitor the store for young kids smashing bags and boxes of snacks, cookies, and crackers. I constantly buy these items after I get them home find they are broken into many pieces.

every department is outstanding, 1 star goes to the pastry department. These people would be great employees at a funeral home, starting from the manager, you never see a smile on their faces , and when you ask for service it feels like you are asking for charity. Worse costumer service i have experienced in a Publix store. Besides, always out of something, managed very poorly, 1 star is actually overrated......

The girl (manager) with the short hair has a poor attitude toward customers. Doesnt smile, is not friendly (on more than one occasion) just seems pissed off every time i visit the store. Not to mention in 4 years I was only greeted once by an employee. Seems like a universal theme of pissed off employees but ONLY in this store. The cashiers, however, are among the best Ive ever seen.

They TRY to rip U off adding extra things to your order and they claim that WIC doesnt cover things, but it does and even says it on the shelf price tag and that lesbo customer service manager was worthless, they might as well send her idiotic azz to Brooklyn NY. So she refers U to Tom, the other manager, he was helpful. Small azz store, needs to B bigger.

Great, convenient location-especially if you live in Palm Aire. The only downside is the size of the store and selection. When it gets busy, the isles become very congested; and you wont find everything that you would find at a bigger location. The secluded location does make this location very desirable.

Kevin and Alicia are Amazing. All the staff are great but they are the best... Ive shopped here for 4 years and most of the week night staff know my face and know my daughter. They take time to speak with you, help you with anything, and go out of their way. Shopping here really is a pleasure!

Frank Ascione, the bald headed assistant store manager who works here, is absolutely HORRID!!! And I made sure to report him to corporate office. Very unprofessional and inappropriate in every way imaginable. Maybe his authority gets to his head because he sure is full of himself.

This publix is my go to for everything ! Been coming here for years and I love seeing all the friendly faces. Especially these two sisters Ashley and Ariel. Theyre always so kind and helpful. They always make my shopping a "pleasure" as thy would say on the commercials lol!

One of the nicest Publixs youll shop. Smaller, but fabulous staff, always willing to find what you need. Also has more aisle staff than the usual Publix. Does run out of specials faster than other stores, but rainchecks are honored in true Publix tradition.

Convenience store with nice people, but its small in there are some things I just dont carry. Overall I like having the store close to where I live but I still have to travel to other stores to make a complete grocery list most times

Smaller than some locations but they tend to have everything you need. This store gets packed from all the local residents of palm aire. Usually have plenty of lines open.
