Walked in in order to sign up for internet and TV, I indicated that I might only use the services for one month as I was moving, they said that they will charge me $99 for installation plus monthly service cost, after arguing with them, they offered me a $50 visa rewards card in order to offset the cost, I agreed. A month later, I cancelled my account with AT&T since I tried the Direct TV Now service and it was really bad. At this point, I contacted customer service in order to find out when will I be getting my $50 card, they indicated that since I cancelled the service within 90 days, Im not eligible to receive the card. After spending 2 hours and talking to 4 different departments, I understood theres nothing to be done, and AT&T will not be sending me the promised rewards card. In addition to that, the gifted salesperson in the store indicated that I HAVE to come back to the store in order to sign up for Direct TV Now (not true) after trying to upsell me into a tv package I dont need (we went through the channels we need). In conclusion, the retail store is a bunch of dishonest scammers, they are useless as everything could be done online with better prices and better disclosures, and AT&T customer service wont stand behind the retail store representatives word since I obviously have no proof of it.

I can only speak from my personal experience. I went there on a Sunday afternoon . For 30 minutes which I monitored from my phone no one spoke to me. There were reps in each table with clients . I can tell they can only do one thing at time. The person who usually take your name at the entrance door were not there . 10 minutes later , I saw around 3 - 5 employees with shirt with the ATT logo walk through the door with bags of foods . They went directly to the back and it was super quiet. My biggest disappointment was no acknowledgment at all from anyone. Not even a wave , or a hello , nothing . It was really bizarre. I can understand everyone is busy but at least , while all of you were passing by me , at least one of you could wave and said " someone will be with one shortly " and I would be satisfy. I am not upset , it just makes me sad because I am a loyal customer even thought countless time , I have been let down .....

My wife recently went into this store for a new phone, and since then I have had to make 3 phone calls to Comcast to fix my bill. The salesman kept pushing her to sign up for Uverse, which we were not interested in and is not what we went in there for. A few weeks later I got and e-mail from Comcast telling me my bill went up $50.00 because AT&T was taking over my phone service. I advised them that we had not told them to do this, and adjust my bill. They told me that they couldnt and I would have to deal with it at AT&T. After some time, and getting to the manager, I listened to how that could only happen if we wanted it to ( the customer is always wrong here I guess) it was fixed...RIGHT! I just got my bill from Comcast which was now $80.00 more, because AT&T unbundled my services. Thank you! The good news from all this is that my bill is now lower then it was, with more movie channels

Dont go to Jimmy with the bear and tattoos. Long wait time with him. Told me to fix my phone screen. I told him, Im going to BUY this phone when I come back, please hold for me. I come back, and have to wait forever again, and then after the wait, he tells me someone else sold the phone. Waste of time, Gas, and Money!

Unpolite staff. Completely uncapable. They offered me new agreement hiding some extra costs, they changed my payment method and I got a late fee. I asked to talk with the manager and the assistant disappeared. Customer service is really bad. Half an hour waiting for nothing.

Its a huge cellphone store and uverse dealer. I wish they handled uverse problems here. Also I dont see why its necessary to date electricity and leave all their lights on all night long when they are closed. The tmobile store across the street turns theirs off.

Worst costumer service ever. Cannot get good service on my home phone and billing issues. Everytime we call, we get someone from another country that doesnt understand and we get transferred to different departments and nobody can help us.....

Terrible service , did not want to charge a different card after 5 minutes of the original charge posted on a wrong card! Avoid them and use other providers! Also waited 50 minutes with 4 people in front of me :(
