My husband and I have been eating from Publix Deli from months. Apparently we happen to come on the wrong shift this day because there a bunch of annoyed, agitated women who were obviously about to switch shifts and ready to go home. They were rushing the customers to clear the line for the next shift but they were being sloppy on the table. Lettuce in banana peppers, tomatoes on the table. Just plain nasty. So then its our turn. We get to the front and the lady(Renee) began to make our sandwich. We asked that she cut our meat fresh and use the cleaner side of the table. She insisted that the meat she had cut earlier was fresh and she didnt feel like making anymore. I asked for white bread. I guess there was no more. I asked her to check the back and she got aggravated. A lady name Gail came to assist us. She "magically" found some white bread in the back and cut our meat fresh. She was very neat and clean in the process. She didnt rush us and she was very friendly. Ms. Gails attitude is the attitude that I expect when shopping at Publix. I dont want to feel like Im holding you up from something important. I probably will eat here again, but it will be on a shift when Renee is not present. More Ms. Gails please!!!!

Ive been shopping here since I was a kid. From 2007 and on, this place took a serious nosedive in regards of customer/shopping experience .Many of the cashiers are so unfriendly ,its insane.I assumed this place was some sort of giant social experiment in which mankinds breaking point is tested in relation to shopping. Management just walks by, oblivious ( or just just extremely apathetic ) to the rudeness/lack of professionalism emitting from there employees.The negativity is so intense, I swear I saw fruit age right in front of me. I ONLY visit here when Im in a hurry, and yet..ALWAYS have some sort of negative experience. When the Whole Foods opens up, I can guarantee 5+ people (including myself) that will NEVER shop in this filthy, run down market again. And I shop frequently at Whole Foods and The Fresh Market/ I simply cant go ALl the time, due to proximity. But when we finally see those clean, welcoming doors open, I only pray NONE of the Publix employees slither on over.

Today I visited this place, as I regularly do. I can not deny that there are people who work there who are very nice when taking care of the customers. But unfortunately, some of them are not. First of all, if you go there to have some hot meal or sandwiches get ready to waist your time for ever...zzzz The ladies who work there can make your lunch become your dinner. They are so so s-l-o-w that you can sing a whole anthem twice before they ask you ????? nothing but stay steady looking at you... Normal and hungry people like me at that moment are going to go some where else. Rather I took mysef some soup. Big mistake, when I went to the cashiers where you can pay small amount of items, and there were two cashiers arguing with a customer how he must make the line. Another third lady came to support that nonsense explanation who made everybody in the line waist our time. Why is this place so different compare to others Publix locations. What ashamed for those employees!

Los avisos de las productos no orientan bien al cliente por ejemplo en ningun cartel anuncian sal o azucar,tuve q preguntar a dos empleadas una me dijo en la linea 4 y era en la 5 hace un tiempo atras el personal de publix era de primera calidad por ejemplo en hialeah en el publix de la 16 y la 49 el personal suele ser grosero y poco atento c Y en otros publix igual hay que retomar nuevamente la calidad de los trabajadores de publix pues se esta resquebrajando la calidad humana de estos centros.

12/14/16 12855 n.e. 6th avenue The worst experience I ever had shopping there is went to get wic for my two year and nine months cashier name was clodia m she was extremely annoyed that it was wic she very poorly trained dont no what she was doing complain the whole way through the transaction to the point she told me that I took to much and she void some When she finished in gave my receipt I looked and still still had item that she void .I had to get back another line to cash out the same item that she void .i was pleased with the other cashier by the name Claudia r fast service and very pleasant.if it was my first time I would never go back.

Im very dissapointed in my neighborhood publix and their unethical treatment towards customers. Ive been a resident and customer for years at this very location. When i asked for a sample ... i was given a very nasty attitude and said we dont give samples here. I asked the publix employee since when ... im a resident and long term customer... again with a dishonest answer... since the new manager. To my understanding publix give samples no matter what manager because its a publix not manager rule. Again im just very highly surprised.. nasty customer service

I was waiting for more than 15 minutes in the Deli line on a Tuesday at 2pm only 1 customer in front me and at least 3 available employees and they were doing nothing just talking to each other and they ignored me by looking away, after I called someones attention they just said "WHAT DO YOU WANT"? And it is always the same I have to wait more than 15 to 30 min if there is someone ahead of me. That never happened to me in any other Publix store. I really hope that management is going to look into this to make the correct changes.

I usually enjoy shopping at Publix and prefer it over any other store because of their friendly staff. However, their customer service desk is unorganized. It is unclear of where to stand for which transaction so everyone is skipping everyone else (knowingly and unknowingly) and then after all that the cashiers decide who goes next!? It needs more organization.

The worst customer service you can find. Tried calling for simple information and was transferred over and over same department no avail. The one person tasty answered from another department did Not know the hours the departments close? Her words were "i have no idea"! Really? Wow! Annoyed after 15 minutes just hang up. No customer service help at all.

There is a very rude light skinned woman who works in the bakery. I have placed orders with pictures of what i want and they still messed up the cake. There only solution was to give me a refund which didnt change the fact that the cake for my event was ruined.

Great Publix, one of the only ones I know that you can get pikliz, besides that its the same publix you know and usually go to. although they never seem to have as many varieties in ice cream... Hint Hint....bring back blue bell blackberry cobbler ice cream

This my favorite store. I have been shopping here for over 5 years now, and the customer services is the best. Everyone is friendly and smiling. Happy place to get your food and medication. Love it
