Sorry, "T" but saying that this is "not a place for bargains" when the store has the word THRIFT in the title is incredibly shortsighted and ignorant. The fact of the matter is, Ive seen USED shoes in there for $10.00 that came form Walmart and werent $10.00 to begin with. Ive seen cracked lamps in there for $15.00, jeans for $10.00, and an end table for $20 that still had the sticker from Target on it showing it had been on clearance for $9! I wasnt there to look for a bargain, I was just there to find an end table I liked regardless the cost (my budget for it was $150 and I didnt like any of the big box store options) and walked out just out of sheer disgust of the markups. If your real intentions are to make money for the less fortunate, then you should lower your prices (since you obviously work there with that review) to entice people to go there and spend money in order to help the people in need! It is illogical to mark items with prices that arent that far off from brand new cost! It defeats the purpose of it being a THRIFT store! If you dont turn a profit then there is nothing to give to the poor!

After being a long time customer and donater to Goodwill Industries, I will no longer do so! I purchased $25 in Umpire clothing for my husband which turned out not to fit (who can really buy for their husbands). So I returned to the store with the receipt and my bag of clothes, with the tags still on like I was told when I purchased them. After standing at the counter with the employee less than a foot away from me for about 10 minutes another employee stopped and asked her if she was going to help me! She informed me there are NO exchanges. I told her the lady who I purchased them from told me I could exchange them as long as I had the receipt and the tags were still on. She rudely shoved a sign in my face that said no exchanges or refunds. Now I am stuck with $25 in clothes I cant do anything with. Not only will I NEVER shop here again but I will take my donations to the waterfront mission. Let this be a warning to all good will shoppers! They are gladly taking our donations but God forbid you need to exchange something.

This has to be the most over priced "thrift store" I could buy some new at the same price and I wouldnt mind as much of the staff wasnt so RUDE. I tried buying a head board that wasnt priced and when I asked she said once it didnt have a sticker it wasnt for sale and that I couldnt buy it even when I asked her to give me a price. She was VERY rude about it as well.

These people are not friendly at all. There were at least 6 workers on the floor and not a single one spoke to me. This place is also way OVER PRICED! I refuse to spend $5 on a used tshirt.

Really nice sales help! Always friendly,the manager on the weekend is a really great guy. He gets it, a really hard worker and always ready to help anyone with anything !!!

Its always enjoyable to browse this store. Its nicely organized with a good selection of items. Some pricing seems a bit high but there are plenty of deals to be found!

Love this place. The staff is nice and prices are cheap. Plus they dont lie about helping the homeless and secretly sell stuff online to the highest bidder.

Overpriced "thrift" store. They often leave sale tags on products that were cheaper at the department store the item was sold at.
