So, I wanted to brag on a business, in Milton, Fl. I had bought a printer recently and I tried it today. I finally got it to print, and it printed in lines. They said if I took it to them, they would look at it. So, I took it in, and no matter what the guy tried, even cleaning the heads, resetting, whatever, it still printed in lines.....I was a little upset b.c I had bought the ink off of amazon and a cord, which I hope to get my money back, but I doubt I get the money back from amazon, for the ink, which was the most expensive part. Anyway, since they couldnt get the printer to work, they exchanged it for another printer, and let me print stuff to make sure it printed. Not only that, but it came with a cd, to set it up on the computer, a book, and all the extra ink cartridges, This printer was more expensive than the one I had bought. So, if I do not get my money back for the ink I bought for the other printer, it will be ok, b.c I got a good exchange and it came with the ink and cords! This place is called Waterfront Rescue Mission! Unlike other thrift stores, they give you a 7 day return time, if it doesnt work. I was very grateful for them to take the time to look at the printer, and seeing that it didnt work, even though it had new ink in it, it still didnt work. They apologized, because the sticker on it, said that it had been tested and it was good. I told them it was ok. They exchanged it for a printer that worked and checked that one in front of me, and I appreciated that! So many times people only want to complain about a business, I think it is good that people tell the good stuff too. That is what I would want if I had my own business. Especially a business like this one, that gives back so much and helps so many people with different problems. God is great and today God showed me there are honest people, yet again. Although I knew that already and God shows me things daily that good things happen, I just wanted to let people know about this business and about Gods grace! It is nice to see a business like this....so many thrift stores seem dishonest, but this one seems legit!! Sarah

Thought this store would be diffrent but it just make the other thrift stores look better. They sell furniture with stains or pleather chairs with it peeling off. thats not worth the price they are asking. Just wasnt a store for me

This place is very organized and its clean and the staff is friendly but I think they forget that its a thrift shop and their prices get a little steep sometimes
