I think goodwill sucks they take the good jewelry in the good silver the Sterling and the gold and they sell it on eBay you think when you give something to Goodwill it goes back to the public wrong they sell all the valuable collectibles and everything on eBay I think its a disgrace goodwill is a disgrace to humanity and everybody else it does the same thing all the resale shops do it they take all the jewelry to the jewelers you do not find anything unless it falls through the cracks very disappointed in this system

One of the nicer Goodwill stores that Ive visited. The store is clean and tidy, and the staff is usually pretty friendly despite the vast amount of people stopping by looking for bargains. This location usually has a good variety of items available that constantly changes. There are several monthly events that allow you to save even more (Students - Save 10% off every day with your Student ID!). There is also a convenient drop-off for donations as well at this location.

Good deals and nice items unfortunately one of the workers came and grabbed an item out of my hand. She was very rude and grabbed it without saying anything until I said I was going to buy it. Then she said it was bought already but it still had the tag on it. They should have the item in hand if they are going to purchase it because of this incident I will never come back. Rudest thing Ive ever seen.

Extremely overpriced. Clothing should be priced affordable to needy families. Please mark up prices on the other things throughout the store that are not necessities, and lower the clothing prices. Bethesda in Valparaiso, Portage Resale Shop Ministries in Portage, and Duneland Resale in Chesterton are very well priced for mothers looking to buy clothing for your children.

We had horrible customer service today. The cashier was offended after we brought it to her attention that our items were ringing up wrong. The young blonde manager just walked away when we questioned the situation. The cashier never shut her mouth. We were trying to help her and buy our items at the correct price. The rudest cashier we have ever met anywhere.

TYPical valpo type store.all overpriced low quality junk...and the valpo police are always around every corner...i dont need to be monitored every corner i drive.and Valpo is way overrated.i suggest shopping in lake county.the cops dont hunt people there.

If you know what you want, determine to win, coupon in hand - its a good experience. Picked a $200 tagged gorgeous jacket @ $8. Now thats a win. Its all about perspective. Happy experience every time!

This Goodwill is smaller than some which can be a plus, but feels cramped and disorganized. Items buried under each other, crowded shelves, etc. I wish the store was more inviting.

You can find nice things, however, Ive found some dollar tree items for 1.99. Some things are over priced. I still will shop here, so I give the store 4 stars.
