Never went in, only dropped off a donation. I had to ask someone to bring a cart out and the lady just stood there and didnt help me unload. Then she started taking stuff out and handing it back to me, saying they wouldnt take certain items. I can understand not taking certain things, but she handed items back that were in good condition that Ive seen sold all the time at the store. I guess my main beef is instead of helping me she stood there picking through the items the whole time. I was planning on shopping there, but instead Ill go to Portage where the staff is friendly and helpful, and that is where I bring all my dontations from now on.

Way Overpriced! $5.00 on Shirts in just "OK" Condition? Everything was Sky High.. and Smelly. Ill wash something for $1, but if I want to pay their prices Id rather buy new for a few dollars more.

The lady that waited on me was very polite, told me about the sales coming up, gave me a rewards card, explained that, and was fast at what she did. I had a fantastic experience. Great job!

There is lady in the back with a brown pony tail that has a bad attitude and doesnt want to do her job, I think you should give her toilet duty. Next time I might give her an attitude
