This used to be my go to store for anything home and gifts high end at better prices . I bought a mirror one month ago for 49.99, went to exchange it for two mirrors for 199.99 and the manager said he can only give me $18 for the one I was exchanged because of no receipt. The store manager refused to help me. I will never shop here agian. They used to have high quality items for a good price. Noticed 30 or so items broken flat out busted that they were trying to sell with chips and missing parts. Items are shoved on the shelfs no one around tp help lift heavy items and the store manager flat out rude!

WORST HOME GOODS EVER. I ship at this chain quite frequently and by far this one is the worst. The isles are ridiculously overfilled...some you can barely even walkthrough. The stores olanners have no respect for space. While here I witnessed two individuals struggle to navigate the store in wheelchairs. As for a shopping cart... forget about it. Unnaceptable, regardless of the amount of merchandise corporate wishes to sell.

I love this store. It is cramped but totally worth it. They have great brands and quality items for reasonable prices. I compared a bathroom set I purchased at Walmart and it was all the same price. I was greeted when I walked in and helped in a timely manner when I asked for assistance.

Store is stocked so full of merchandise it is difficult to shop. Furniture everywhere. Only saw 2 people on salesfoor. Not customer friendly, not even a hello or smile.
