I was a loyal customer up until recently when they double charged me for parts and when my wife and I caught the mistake they wanted argue with the fact that they had over charged me. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund of my money. In the end I had to return all the parts that I had just bought and finally recieved my refund. I will never return this store again. I am a lot things but I am not a liar nor am I a thief and I refuse to be treated that way... Find another parts store to go to most places price match now.

Vincent the manager has the knowledge to help you with anything you need. Tools are a very high grade and have lifetime warranty. Parts are available in different options and they carry very good brand names.
