I have a Napa battery with a 65 month warranty. Since the winter time we have had trouble with this battery and have consistently had to jump the battery. If the car sits for even a day without starting the battery wont start. Weve had the car checked for the alternator and all around and have been told each time that its the battery that is the problem. Took the battery to the store, with the receipt showing the 65 month warranty and they refused to exchange the battery. They are refusing to honor the warranty, even with the receipt?? I have written them emails and they do not respond. Do NOT buy anything from NAPA, they do not give a crap about their customers. They are thieves.
