Called to ask if that location did car diagnostics (check engine light). Guy on phone was extremely helpful even explained that the vehicle needed to be a 1996 or older model.Was the third place i asked with this question, they were the first to actually do the diagnosis and speak coherent sentences. Will be visiting them in the near future.

They sold me the wrong part, didnt check it, had 2 of the same thing when I got home 45 miles later. Their return policy is ok, but they dont have it in the store where i live. I have to go back now, or order the eazy part in 3 days. BTW, its on the corner of 6 mi and 41, not where the map says.

They have excellent phone service, quick and to the point. You just have to know what part your ordering, the make, model, engine size, and if its a 2 or 4 wheel drive. All of that is basic information you should know about your car. Service was fast, precise, and all done in a friendly tone.

Im basing the review on the quality of the products they sell. I bought a side mirror for my car, but after I installed it the image of the mirror is way too shaky compared to the original mirror and I installed it the right way, its not loose or anything, its the quality of the product.

Amazing customer service! They helped me find the correct turn signal bulb and assisted me in finding the correct windshield wipers. Jorge was extremely nice and was kind enough to help me install my new wiper blades. He made my visit to Autozone very easy and enjoyable.

I was looking for touch up paint for my 2015 VW and the guy working was not helpful at all. I asked if it would match and he said to go look at my car door for the number. Hmmm. He seemed like he was bothered when asked for help.

Not THE friendliest bunch. But they get the job done. VERY helpful and got me everything I needed. They even helped me out while I waited for the locksmith after I locked BOTH my keys (regular and spare) in the trunk LOL!

Staff was busy but quick to get what I needed, helped install the parts while I waited. Also found some problems that would have caused me trouble down the road, saved me time and money. Above and beyond! Thanks!

Unfortunately their stock in the system isnt accurate. Unable to get a part that was reported to have 2 on the shelf. They hadnt sold it recently either. Make sure you call and have someone check the shelf.
