I didnt even leave with the part I needed. After the assistant manager ridiculed and teased my brother about his work uniform (he is a mechanic for an auto dealer in our town) and used extremely foul language in the process, the cashier over charged my credit card, then returned the items in a new transaction which wiped my account clean. I had to wait 48 hours before the money went back into my account, so i ended up going to NAPA for the parts I needed after waiting 2 days without my car. This store is a ridiculous representation of this company and i have NEVER been treated so poorly!!!

After trying to rtrn some brakes I naught even though I had a receipt because it was naught at another location they refused to honor it which is forcing me to drive 20 miles to the location I nbaught the brakes at.. piss poor customer relations

Refused to return brake pads unused with receipt. Piss poor customer service .. attitudes n worth ethics r a running joke at this place... Lazy employees... That not afraid to throw shade if a question that requires answer or work is asked

Did an oil change and needed headlights, got the wrong kind came back to return at 6:50 PM new years DAY unfortunately the door was locked and person at the counter didnt want to get off his phone and let me in.
