Never crowded fledgling business struggling to not close its doors by ripping off customers that are dumb. Ran by one of the rudest managers i have ever met. Mark the manager is always rude, condescending, very aggressive, confrontational and even threatening. I will always avoid this specific location due to the threatening and absolutely unacceptable behavior of Mark the manager. I am still amazed by my experience. I recommend pensacola locations if you can to avoid Mark. I cant believe gamestop allows their employees to act the ways Mark does. He would be fired immediately if corporate of Gamestop knew how he represents their brand.

Knowledgeable staff who will talk to you about any games you have questions for. Their selection always has the newest games and accessories for any game system you have. If you are planning on pre-ordering any new games, Gamestop usually has some extras that will come with your game. Great place to shop for gaming!

This is the best GameStop ever. I go to this store all of the time. I love the staff members. They are very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. My two young kids love to come here to browse. Excellent and clean store with a large selection of merchandise.
