Bought a charger for a ds that didnt work. They told me it was due to the battery not working on my game system. They said I should have the battery replaced and they could do that for 30ish dollars. It turned out the charger they sold me was broke from the beginning. They offered no replacement of broken inventory that was sold, no acknowledgement of the misdiagnosis of the battery problem. Only after a heated argument was I offered something like a dollar fifty off the price of a new charger.

The store is great way better than GameStop I have been going there for years even befor it was under new ownership my only gripe was yesterday I got 3 nes games the owner of the store did not clean the games in front of me like the previous owner did but I still love the store very good prices a solid 10/10 store compared to gamestop because you can get any gamesystem you want !-Helton

Been wanting to check this place out for awhile, finally decided to today. Walked in and began to browse. I was the only one in the store. Saw a SNES game I would have likely bought if someone would have come up front to the counter; several people were in the back and they knew I was in there. I was never even acknowledged.

I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a great selection of old and new video games to Video Game Swap Shop. They stand by their products unlike a lot of other similar stores. The service I received was great. Shawanda

They have a lot of retro games and devices, but their pricing is way beyond the worth of the items. There are many other options that are a better value, such as Martys Collectibles in Pensacola. The same items at Martys were almost double at The Loot Castle.

I was on the hunt for a local shop for retro games and the Loot Castle ended my search. Original consoles, cartridges, comic books, blu-rays, anime and even 1st Gen Pokemon cards. All of their inventory is in great used condition or new.

I love this place its a great retro game store with movies and other merchandise people are great have a question just ask trade in games for store credit why not i have to stop in when ever i go that way

The store is under new owner ship and is awesome now. The new owners have cleaned the place up and added a bunch of new inventory like comics and collectible figures. Defiantly worth checking out.

Great place to hang out and meet some new people. Its a used video game and DVD store but they also dabble in MTG (Magic the Gathering) on Friday nights (7-12am)
