Easily one of the worst customer service I experienced. Bought 10 DVDs and the teen checking me out swiped my card then asked to do it again... He made a side comment that this machine hates him and this happens a lot. Turns out I was charged twice. I live some distance from this store so rather than making a separate trip I decided to call and ask them to straighten things out to which I was informed that only the store manager can take care of it. I politely asked to speak to her but over the next 2 months I was unable to talk to her after 6 calls asking her to return my call I finally had to go in to the store... After finally talking to the manager she was indignant and made a comment about me finally bringing her my receipt. Then she tells me that I will need to email her my bank statement that she will then forward to the store owner who will be able to provide the refund. I will never shop at game xchange again.

Went in there just looking around. When asking why their USED Dual Shock 4 controllers are the exact same price as they are brand new at bestbuy, wallmart, and amazon the woman behind the counter just verbally attacked me. I thought maybe I was looking at new controllers not USED and asked a simple question. Ive never purchased anything from them and I will not based on this experience. Ill just use GameStop as my local gaming needs. There was no need to be rude and talk down to me. If you want to charge new DS4 controller prices for used ones thats fine I wont get my controllers there but I would have bought games and other things that are reasonably priced there, not any more. I will NOT be back. Good luck getting customers when you act like that.

Hello. I came in to yalls store today and sold my Xbox. The young guy working in there was very friendly and helped a great deal and made sure any questions i had were answered. Also yall had a very big selection of movies and great deals going on too. I was very impressed and especially seeing the retro cube systems too that play Nintendo cartridges too. I want to buy one in the future. I honestly have to say I love yall better than GameStop. Far more of a selection. They decided they werent going to buy my Xbox all because I didnt have the controller with it. So they referred me to yall and once again I was impressed. ive been sold messed up ps3s and the wrong games and ive been very nice to them ive came in and sold the over 300+ n.e.s. games and the keep messing me up and giving me a round when they mess up i thank yaw need new staff for the one down here in columbia tn......... but about 3 mouths ago i had went through 6 different game systems from them bc they eater stopped working or there was something awrong with them and the last time they sold me a messed up ps3 and told me it steal works i said no ill like another one and they said ok but steal gave me the messed up one this place gets two starts from me bc yaw suck

Okay i bought 3 DVDs and one game. The DVDs were fine they worked and were all in there. But i bought a game and it wasnt even in there. I know common sense was to check it myself, but didnt even come to mind. Most times the person checking you out at the counter will check if its in there. Bought it with my credit card and the woman forgot to put my receipt in the bag. Not noticing til the next day when i go to play it. So no receipt no game and no way to complain about it. I know its mostly my fault, but i think with that being said they should start checking if the discs are in there before you buy them.

Great local store. The real treasure is the large selection of retro games. You can find controllers, memory cards, and games for nearly any old school gaming system, and all at very good prices. They also offer more trade-in value than youd expect, so you get a lot of value for the goods you trade in. The environment is also very good. Clean, tidy, and they have some older game consoles up and running so you can play some games. Very upbeat and inviting. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is so full of crap go in and buy a xbox 360 gives me cords to a ps3 go back in get a trade for another xbox i buy a game and the correct game aint in it its an xbox 1 game not a 360 go back in get the game walk back home then relize they gave me the wrong game again now i have to go all the way back and get the game corrected again and i think manager needs to be in the store at all times never had this problem before

Clean and organized store. TONS of games -- if you are looking for something specific they will most likely have it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff; they had several people working so they were available for questions and help. Prices are competitive to under market value, at least from what I looked at. They also have a great return policy (30-90 days), although I havent had to return anything yet.

I went there the other day and bought a GameCube. The staff was nice enough and the price was decent ($30) but they gave me an N64 AC adapter rather than a gamecube one which was kind of annoying considering I live 40 minutes away. I ended up having to pay 11 bucks for one on Amazon so MAKE SURE if you shop here check to see if you got the right accesories with your purchase.
