Some of the employees are helpful and friendly (The black dude with glasses and the chick with short black hair), but the larger fella with dark hair is very unprofessional. I bought some games around the end of December that was a part of their "Winter Sale" B2G1 and unbeknownst to me until I got home that he didnt bother to resurface them. Luckily enough only one game didnt work and when I went to exchange it, the dude with the dark hair tried to pull some BS like "Well, you technically didnt pay anything for it so we can only take it back without an exchange." after trying to blame the whole thing on the black dude. I forced him to call the manager who I already talked to about the situation and the manager said it was ok and to pick out any game within the same price. Bottom line here is, I wont be coming back to this location and management needs to have a talk with the dark haired fella because getting pissed at a customer for exchanging a non-working game when they are within the stores return policies and have a receipt is someone I wouldnt want working for me.

I Highly recommend, sometimes there is a long wait to purchase, as they have to make sure systems work. However, I purchased a ds from them, and they allowed me to exchange it because it wouldnt charge. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I go here for all my gaming needs, also they take a wider selection than Gamestop. One of the best places to go if you are trying to exchange or purchase games or systems

Employees are great! Bought a black Wii here and the employee switched out the white wiimote to a black one from the display case so it would match. Prices are slightly high but considering the customer service and large selection of retro games it is well worth the extra dollar or two.

Since Hastings went out of business this is the closest thing to having great used video games. Not only do they have the newest generation but they also have retro gaming which is amazing. Prices may be a little expensive for some but they are guaranteed to work. A must stop in!!

People are nice but some of their games freezes up I bought star wars episode 3 for PS 2 wont even read star wars battlefront 2 works to a certain point then it freezes out of all games I gotten three work
