Went in with my cousin and little brother just to look around after visiting a local restaurant. Immediately coming in, the rep was rude. He was tall with brown hair. He made comments about the way my 6 year old brother spoke. Another employee asked what type pf console we had. I told him that my cousin owned an XBox One and that my brother owned a playstation. The rude rep replied "In the same house?" He then continued to make assumptions and rude comments that had absolutely nothing to do with buying a video game.

Long story, so the TLDR version - Terrible management, awful customer service. Sold me a defective console, refused to exchange it. Fun fact: GameStop dosen t check the disc drives on their "premium refurbished" consoles.

Great service but their selection has been falling in recent years. Harder to get some games and they tend to focus only on the cutting edge systems. A plus on service but c minus on selection.

Called to ask to see if they had a product in stock the store rep was really rude I asked if he knew any other GameStop around that had it in stock and he said I dont know and hung up.
