Ive been shopping there since it opened. It used to be good. Customer service is headed downhill fast. Cashiers are rude and bossy. One time they want you to put your water on the belt the next time they "scold" you for doing it. They expect you to get them an empty buggy while they set on their perches and complain because you dont scan your card fast enough. Ask them to check the back for an out of stock item and see how fast they tell you they dont have it. Today the cashier asked me how my shopping was and I told her her the truth. Without customers they wouldnt have a job. Instead of putting my water in the buggy she sat it on the bagging table. I work in customer service and manage customer serivce employees. I would not tolerate the way they treat customers. I guess you really do "get what you pay for". One star for Aldis Middleburg and 5 stars for Publix on Blanding. Read the recent reviews and reviews from months ago. Enough said.

Long time ALDI shopper in my home state of SC, but I dont know if its due to being in FL or what, but recently I noticed after the Middleburg store finally arrived, that the items that are supposedly on sale in the flyer really aint on sale. I Love Aldi because the prices are already lower than other stores like Walmart, which is awesome, but why make people believe they are saving when really they are already getting an awesome deal compared to other stores? I shop for many of the same things every week so I know the prices before and after. I noticed when this store tosses up a Sale sticker it really isnt on "SALE". For example, the burgers say $8.99 normally. During sale week they slap on a sticker saying it was 9.49 and now its $8.99! Um that just means its the same price. If you lift up the sticker you can clearly see it aint any cheaper. Sorry, but the secrets out!

My favorite grocery store. We shopped at Aldi decades ago when we were in college. My daughter is allergic to food dyes and Aldi offers a Badge on products with no food dyes, making it really easy to determine what she can have. I appreciate the gluten free selection. IMPORTANT: Heads up if youve never been there before...bring your own bags and a quarter. At Aldi, you "rent" your cart for a quarter while you shop. You get your quarter back when you return your cart. Aldi has a different concept, staff lean and efficient, so dont expect Publix! I actually drive past 2 Publix stores on my way to Aldi for the lower prices without having to coupon anymore!!!

this European grocery store is awesome, as long as you dont need to buy specific brands. They have what your looking for especially if you care more about nutrition and price than about the box saying "Kraft" On a fluke they only had one register open last time (Ive seen them have multiple registers open when the power is out). Alas, not even I could push myself to wait in line for 30+ minutes to buy 3 bottles of $3 wine (Actually my husband wouldnt wait... The wine would have been totally worth it

Great prices and a good selection of organic and natural food. They also have some unique items that are not commonly found in grocery stores here. You have to try their chocolate bars, theyre European chocolate and taste incredible. You have to deposit a quarter to use a cart, but you get your quarter back when you return the cart. The only real downside to all Aldis is that they often do not have multiple checkout lines open, so the lines can be long.

Clean store and fresh vegetables and fruits. I save up wards of 25 percent on my grocery Bill. Thanks for giving our town a better option. Wal-Mart takes far too long to shop and too big. You wall your legs off to go from pet food, to personal care products, meat and veggies. Then u spend upwards of 30 minutes waiting in line to checkout. Thanks Aldi.

Love the food, the prices, and the overall concept. Points lost for terrible customer service. I always feel like I am either being rushed out of the store or that I am majorly inconveniencing the employees just by being there. In fact it has gotten so bad lately that I have stopped shopping there almost entirely. A little customer service goes a long way.

I certainly like Aldis prices and I can get passed the fact they have limited products, but our Middleburg store is filthy! Getting to the point that the smell as you walk in the door will keep me out. The fresh corn looked like feed corn today. Dont even put it out if its not going to be fresh. Please, please clean the floors.

I love the items that they have, but do they really have to just throw your items in a cart? They have no problem growing fresh produce on top of meat and have no problem throwing heavy things on top of light or fragile things.... I am more than likely not going back for this reason.

Highly recommend this place. The prices are pretty cheap and the customer service is great. With that being said, I cannot recommend it to those who prefer a higher variety of choices in food like the big stores do. I, personally, love the place so I will give it 5 stars.

Cheap prices, alternating selections and fast friendly checkout. If you want to be pampered, there are other stores but you also pay for that. Bring your own bags as they do not provide any. They do make available the product boxes but they go pretty fast.

Prices are very reasonable. But find fault with their organic products. Some are picked so green that they never taste good and the last bananas we bought we had 2 wks before they turned and still could not eat. They went into compost.

Aldis is nice but when we went it was super crowded. Took us an hour just to get a few things, you could barely move. Staff was very friendly though and made up for the rude customers. Great prices and great location.

We LOVE Aldi! All the employees are very friendly and helpful. They are quick to fix a problem if one comes up. They refunded my money AND replaced the item. Wow! They have great produce at cheap prices as well.

Aldi is my happy place. I can buy two weeks of groceries for 1/3 of what you spend anywhere else. I dont need coupons or even look at prices while shopping is so affordable.

This Aldi needs a Produce Manager, they were out of fresh produce except for a few overpicked things. Other than that, the store was just like any other Aldi.

I absolutely LOVE Aldi! Great prices on good fruit and vegetables. I also love the porkchops! :~} we stop at least twice a week to pick up fresh foods.

They sell the most amazing dish detergent. One bottle last me more than a month and I tell people to try it all the time. So glad they opened one here.
