The name should be changed to, "The ROTTEN Market" I just bought a product from here and after eating it and noticing something tasted "off" I saw it expired on April 30, 2016. It wasnt a big deal, so I went back and told the cashier about it and there was no apology or anything, she just asked if I wanted to exchange it or get a refund. I opted for the refund and she got the manager to come. The manager didnt apologize either and I told her someone should probably look through the remaining items because they are probably from the same expired batch. She didnt reply to me and after the refund was issued the cashier asked the manager if she should take a look to see if other items are expired and the manager told her no because that isnt your position. The manager probably hopes to sell the remaining inventory thinking most people wont look at the expiration date. I could understand this coming from gas station, but this store is supposed to be high end and with prices higher than Whole Foods, I was expecting much better. I probably would have received better service from Walmart. I do not recommend The ROTTEN Market to anyone!

There is something more important than the food available from any store, and that is, the people who eat that food. In my case, a rare genetic condition has me with rampant food allergies. The "Fresh Market" offers an enormous assortment of the highest quality, most delicious foods for anyone who needs to eat extremely carefully. A trip to "Fresh Market" is always a much anticipated shopping event, and I always find something new that I can eat without worry. And "Fresh Market" has been around longer than almost all other specialty food purveyors in our area. Please disregard any negative comments you may read. All that stuff happens at every single store. And posting comments that "people who dont know about food" is so ignorant and disrespectful, especially to persons with food restrictions like me. Thank you.

I really love and respect this place and usually get top notch service but I am quite crestfallen and amazed by how rude an employee was to me on 11/22/16 I went in an politely asked if they were taking anymore orders for Thanksgiving , She then proceeded to roll her eyes and give me a very disapproving look and replied to me as if i was stupid .This is a really great store that usually never disappoints but staff such as the one I encountered do not represent the name and reputation Fresh market carries .

I will choose The Fresh Market over Whole Foods any day. Every time I go to Whole Foods it is packed fool of "healthy" foodies. The buffet looks like a glorified Golden Coral with hundreds of people on the scene. Do yourself a favor and go The Fresh Market. High quality products, the workers are friendly and inviting, and every time I go there it is never crowded. I can get in and out of there within 10 to 15 minutes every time. If you value time, then I would add this to your top grocery shopping spots.

Love this place! Calming lighting and music and in spite of their small size they have exactly what I need 99% of the time, including specialty and gourmet items you can usually only find at Whole Foods. The guy at the meat counter cracks me up and I love having a little taste of free coffee every time I go. Because of its small size you are in and out so fast...not wandering around the massive aisles of target forever then waiting in crazy long lines with screaming children.

I bought a roasting chicken from Fresh Market on Friday night and went to use it today and it smelled badly. i went back to the store and the meat guy told me my refrigerator was not as cold as theres but he did replace it. i got home 15 minutes later and the one they gave me smelled the same as the one i brought back. i called the manager on duty and she said she was sorry but i was not going to go back a 3rd time. I just feel it was poor customer service

I love this place. The cakes, salads and well the whole store / market is amazing. There is free taster coffee which is lovely. I purchased three cakes (tiramisu, fudge brownie and a strawberry and white chocolate cheese cake) that was fantastic. I also amongst other things had the lobster seafood cocktail sandwich filler. I would recommend this place to anyone and would travel a good distance to go again! Like from the UK.

Great fresh food and produce. Tuesdays have a standard of freshly ground, ground chuck, and organically feed, chicken breasts for $2.99 a pound, Thursday specials feature a complete, cook at home meal for 4 at $20.00. Staff is great, nice wine and prepared food section. Grind your own coffee beans, in at least 18 flavors. Free sample are also offered or you can buy a cup for $1.00.

Nice clean store. Professional employees. Lots of food goodies you cant find anywhere else. Free delicious coffee samples. They frequently have wine sampling. Hot lunches to go!! Ribs, wings, salmon. Fresh fruits. Amazing wine selection. Easy parking. Pricy. Nice to take visitors to. Enjoy seeing their faces looking at all the goodies available

I loved the place and hated leaving. Before I was employed here. I came as a customer. I love the atmosphere and the people are very friendly. The groceries are good quality and its always a great place to go to for holidays. Just get your order in on time. The staff is knowledgeable and if I could I would come back in a heartbeat.

Love shopping at this Fresh Market. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The problem today Mothers Day is that there was only one person scheduled in the Meat Dept. My wait was 25 minutes. Weekends are busy, plus its Mothers Day. Management should have scheduled more people in that dept.

Our favorite market in the area. Less expensive than Whole Foods and better quality than the other grocery stores. They have a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, the butcher shop has friendly staff who can help with whatever we ask and they have great weekly specials.

I would prefer if the majority of the fruits and vegetables came from local farms. The service is still fast, friendly and efficient. I love the morning coffee samples and the food samples they have during their promotions of certain brands. It is a bit pricey, but still good.

Wonderful experience. Helpful, carrying staff. The selection is outstanding. I really felt comfortable while shopping. The prices cant be beat. I enjoyed shopping while listening to classical music. I could go on. I plan on making the drive and shopping at Fresh Market again

Love this store. Just a great experience to walk around and see what the store has to offer...Great produce that is fresh, along with a butcher who will cut and grind meats to order! Also a great deli and seafood area. Full of organic options and local treasures.

This store is awesome. The people are friendly and so helpful. Went there this week for the $20 Little Big Meal (Tacos week.) It was awesome!!! Check out the photos I posted. They have free coffee samples and my wife also got some petit-for samples. yumm!

Wasted Stop: I find the quality is better than most but expensive. Management does not have enough people working the floor especially the Meat and Fish Department. I just leave now when they have 1 or 2 working and a crowd with numbers in there hands.
