great atmosphere and everything, but customer service was an issue. a very good friend of mine was buying from this store when sïhe was majorly disrespected by a cashier. my friend is quiet, just was with her brother and he was buying some alcohol for himself. they used the self check out because its quicker. this was on Saturday around 5, an older female cashier with what can be described as kind of blonde hair, short, decides to make this quick trip more complicated than it had to be. heres the conversation : cashier: "Ill need to see some proof of age" brother: "okay, but Im the one buying it for me and Im 21, shes just with me. heres my card." cashier: *looks up and down at her* cashier: "well if you wanted to buy beer you should of left HIM outside" (making emphasis on the male pronoun) this being a service for the public, youd think some social awareness and general respect for other people would be a requirement of the position. target however has always shown respect for the lgbt community, Id encourage you to spend your money there instead!

You are correct Laurie Zorger, they are super helpful, especially BOTH the cart guys. I am handicapped and they have bent over backwards for me, the cart guys when they see me pull in bring a riding cart to my car to help me, lets see ANY other store beat that!!! Inside the store is no different, literally everyone that works there bend over backward to help me with anything I need. And to the grouchy lady that did not like the pharmacy, I have been getting scripts there for at least 10 years and they have always been professional and helpful, they not only have helped me in the pharmacy, the Pharmacist himself came out from behind the counter to help me find something on the shelves. I am extremely pleased with this store and its employees, I would NEVER shop anywhere else.

The store manager as well as the gentleman retrieving carts from parking lot at Massillon Oh store went so far above "the call of duty" it is amazing. My car ran out of gas in parking lot, and the store manager actually went up to Get Go and got gas for me . When car would not start even after gas, she helped me make phone call(s) for ride home and when I could not locate anyone to take me home gave me a ride home when she got off work. She restored my faith in humanity I will be advising everyone I can to shop there

Color was a very nice lady and a very good driver I like her very much I have like everybody so far from over weve been riding over now for a few weeks because my car is broke down I havent found anybody within Mike yet but all it was great my grandsons been raining on my thing can we give them all 5 stars but I forgot this time apparently because he takes care of this for us she was awesome no problems whatsoever

I want to express how helpful two of your employees were to me today in the Massillon Oh store # 4152. I can only remember one as Melissa. But a young man searched until he found me an answer. Melissa would know who he is. They were helping me in the produce section with a sale on potatoes. Please recognize the both of them for me.

Giant Eagle has a great variety of quality products. The customer service is good and the store is neat, clean, and well organized. It isnt the cheapest grocery store in the area, but the prices are fair for quality products and level of customer service received. I rank this store as the best overall grocery store in Massillon.

They have a very good selection of products. My personal opinion is they also have superior produce than Wal-Mart. Sometimes prices are a little more but I feel supporting the local union is worth it compared to giving money to Wal-Marts corporate greed

Giant Eagle is very expensive in my opinion. I only go here for speciality items like cakes and wine. For what I need this store for it is OK but not the best of the Giant Eagles out there.
