The Absolute worst experience I have ever had at wal mart. visiting from Va I do not know anything about the area...once inside the Walmart just about all the employees looked at me as if I had the bubonic plegue. No one spoke English and they didnt even try. I figured, hey Im on the Spanish side so let it go, which I did...but what pissed me off the most, is the fact that one day I was sitting in my car eating food that I purchased from there. Someone called the police, and I was asked to leave the parking lot since it was late and I guess I looked suspicious being that Im black and had my du rag on.....smh I Will Never step foot back inside there and will be returning to Va....Lord dont sit in the parking lot even though you just spent money in the store which technically means you paid to park there!....Just horrible!

Everything was fine till I got to the cash register and then there were no cashiers I work nights and Im not able to do my shopping during the day I traveled all the way down from North Miami Beach to use your store because I always get in and out quickly and the service is always been really good but what Im seeing now is that youre not putting cashiers in there anymore at night and I had two carts full of food it was a very unpleasant experience and I probably wont be back until you correct it I know that Winn-Dixie tried something like that and it didnt work out for well for them either people are going to remember two things value and service if you kill the service thats half your effort anyway Ill not be going back there anymore until you correct it how sad

Primero q nada las cajeras y una supervisora en especial q desgraciada mente no recuerdo sus nombres pero creo q es llamada Guadalupe tienen muy mal comportamiento y pésima atención al cliente . Casualmente el día de ayer tuve la desgracia de hacer una compra en ese lugar y hasta el cambio me tiraron . Tan groseras y desagradables como son . Lástima q yo no sea tan baja como ellas .

Muy buenas la atención, q ahy ,el servicio de los cajeros y lo q ayudan a empacar muy excelente, las lineas corren bien rápido ,no es como lo demas w. Q es un atacadero las colas en las lineas y los trabajadores no saben nada cuando uno se le acerca ,para aserle cualquier pregunta estan perdidos

Es una horrible experiencia con los directivos del lugar. Muy mala atencion al consumidor de parte de manager q en lugar de hacer su trabajo se la pasa haciendo cuento en el parqueo y una fila horrible alrededor de una sola caja por mas de 40 min

I have been there twice and everytime I want to pay its a tragedy. Cashiers are not efficient and dont help people at the self checkout properly.I always have to wait an eternity because people keep getting more stuff even after they are paying and the cashier takes too long and self checkout people obviously dont know what they are doing and the employee just stands there expecting this person to figure it out. I will gladly go to Winn-Dixie two blocks down where it is so much easier to pay.

The deli employee is terrible. Doesnt bother greeting you or responding to your greeting. Was obviously in a bad mood. And doesnt even ask how thick you want your meats or cheese sliced. She just started slicing and I had asked to show me the thickness. Youd think she get the hint. But no, she starts on my second order and again doesnt bother to ask, I had to tell her that is not the thickness I wanted. The whole store would benefit from customer service training.

Por primera vez envie dinero por esta via. La srta.de servicio al cliente un amor de gente. Amable.preocupada.servicial. con ese tipo de empleadas regreso de todas maneras...si hubiera mas estrellas....se las daria. Gracias

My experience was very pleasant. Super clean and organized. Good variety of everything with the necessary organization. Very well illuminated. Wifi does work which was surprising because in Hialeah that doesnt happen. Besides that, they have a liquor store, something i didnt know existed. The lady was really nice, I found an very good selection of liquors, angostura bitters, etc... Immaculate and organized as well. Very pleased. 100% recommended.

No carts available. Too many employees in the store. Not a bad thing. But, They werent doing anything. Standing around in groups gossiping. A lot of empty space on shelves. Thet could have been replenishing stock. Also, I Bought a ready to bake flat bread pizza. And, Carrot cake. After baking the ready to bake flat bread pizza. It tasted old. Same went for the carrot cake. It was my first time. And, My last.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS WALMART NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET!! AS YOU WALK IN, YOU SEE EVERYTHING NICELY ORGANIZED. IF YOU NEED HELP, STAFF HELP YOU FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. I DO ALL MY GROCERIES HERE ONCE A WEEK. FROM FOOD, PAPER TOWEL, TOILET PAPER, CLEANING ITEMS, BEAUTY PRODUCTS LIKE SOAP, SHAMPOO. THEY NEED TO OPEN MORE OF THESE STORES. THEY ARE SO CONVIENIENT. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Horrible customer service! It is a traviste to pay something is very disorganize with cashiers they dont even care for customers and no assistance from the manager if I could give just 0 stars... And when the "manager" passed by no assistance either just walked by and did not even apologize for the situation or at least to offer another lane. My suggestion avoid shopping here.

Es solo un supermercado con estación de gasolina y licores de Wal-Mart... Eso es todo... Lo único bueno que no tiene las largas líneas para pagar como en los Walmart Super stores.

pretty decent for a walmart-owned grocery store, let me tell you! This place has some niche items you cant find in publix or winn-dixie; like BLK. water, butterscotch soda (aka the flying cauldron, usually only available in whole foods during the autumn months), and a pretty decently sized Asian food section! Best part, the place is open 24 hours

I love wallmart. Its open 24/7. Employees do not speak English and good luck having anyone to help you but other than that Walmart is great with low prices. However I will say that it is a shame they only have one lane open at night time. They even cut off the self-checkout Lanes? Why have 20 registers and only have one lane open?
