Im very sick at the moment. Went to this location early early in the morning to get some medicine and soup, etc. I pay for my items and the woman hands me my bag. I leave the store. I get home and realize the woman only handed me one bag with soup not the other with various medicine in it. I live 15 minutes from this location. I had to drive there and back twice which is an hour of driving for a mistake this stores employee made. She didnt try to call me back for my bag as I left. The store was virtually empty outside of myself and one other shopper. She could have saved me the trip if she was more attentive to her job. When I called this location to say what happened and to make sure my bag was still there I was greeted by two women who didnt seem to care or offer any solutions outside of come back out and "we will see". I get back to the store again. They first wouldnt let me get my item saying the customer service country was closed till 8. I told them I spoke on the phone already and they were still skeptical. Over all I did get my bag back, but not before being treated like I was in the wrong when they so clearly were. Hand me both my bags or wave me down before I leave with the forgotten one. Dont make me out to feel bad for something I paid for already and try and not give it to me. Dont answer the phone like you answer your cell phone. Extremely unprofessional. Will definitely NOT be shopping here again. Id rather suffer the cold and wait till publix opens up down the street. At least they have service I can rely and depend on.

I frequent this store on the way to work. The shelves are usually well stocked, the deli is on par with similar competitors, frozen goods are always stocked and the isles are usually clear. I enjoy my visits there and Im usually out in under 10 minutes. Theres only 4 self check outs at the moment, and several regular lanes. Sometimes, during busy times, you may have to wait to few minutes to be serviced by a cashier or simply utilize the self checkouts. The yellow shirts are around, but often busy so dont expect any help. Ive never had anyone ask me if I have needed help and I seldom see any managers up front. The parking area is a good size but the shopping center is dated with poor landscaping and too many overgrown trees.

It is clean and convenient. The prices are decent, though not the best. It feels small compared to other supermarkets, but a good variety of products available. The rather annoying thing I find, versus, say, a Publix, is that restocking efforts are visible throughout the store and often left abandoned - effectively narrowing the already tight aisles.

Generally I am a patient person and long lines do not frustrate me. But when you close a line where people have been waiting for 15 min and ask them to move to another line and wait another 15 min, you clearly dont care about your customers. I will not be returning to this location. Hope they improve their customer service.

Worst Walmart ever. Very terrible customer service. Dont even consider reaching out to store manager, Ralph because he will dismiss any concern or question or simply cuss you out as he did to me. A quick run to Walmart is inevitable as you must wait at least 25 minutes in one line for a single item.

Decent Cheap supermarket. Not the best quality goods and not as complete as a super center. but its a good place to shop for affordable commodity house needs. havent been as much since i renewed my Bjs Card, but good to know its there and 24/7

Better than your average Walmart because it isnt a gigantic, soul-sucking portal into hell like the typical Superstore. That said, it is still a Walmart and awash in the companys standard atmosphere of sadness and cheapness.
