Great selections and prices on fabrics, notions. I think the scissors and sewing supplies are regularly priced. Most of the time the staff are busy so questions have to wait if they can get answered at all. They do their best to help find or direct you to the requested area. Its easy to spend hours in Isa Couture Fabrics so budget wisely.
