Ive called three times and each time I call I get Helen...she cant do anything except tell you how busy they are and that she cannot help you. And heaven forbid that you actually go to the store. Theres no one there to assist you and if you do ask for help they act like it is a complete inconvenience. Last time I went, I walked around for ten minutes just to find someone to help. When I did, they acted as if it was too much to assist me. I looked at the "line" and walked out...I stood outside the door and called and got Helen again telling me just how slammed they were and that she could not help me. ????? I was looking in the window at no one in line. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to steer clear of this store.

2 stars cause it was clean other than that the staff was not pleasant. I asked for help the lady didnt acknowledge me she just pointed and kept talking to her co worker. I guess its cause Im a guy, but I was going to buy my moms Christmas present. I decided to buy from Amazon, theyre much more helpful.

I shop here often and the staff is great! I feel like they dont have enough employees so they run the few they do have ragged. Ive heard managers fussing at them over petty things. The store its self is good and I love the selection of fabrics and sewing necessities.

Thats what I call good customer service!!Brittney was so helpful in fabrics! She was very attentive and helped me figure out exactly how much yardage I needed. I will definitely be shopping here for my craft needs more often!!!

They had a very large selection and, were extremely helpful. started sewing a few months ago and was having this trouble with a costume Im trying to make. I asked a lot of questions and they were kind enough to help me.

Be watchful that the amount of fabric you request is accurately cut. My recent purchase of 2 pieces were short just enough that after washing and drying I was unable to get the necessary cuts required for my pattern.

Nice store but sometimes you have to wait at the cutting table a while because theyre ringing on the cash register. Store is smaller than the Joanns back in PA.
