La atención es muy mala, la Manager segun me dijeron se llama Erika, hoy Sunday 30 de Octubre 2016, a las 6 de la tarde, es una grosera, NASTY WOMAN (THE MANAGER)y no es la primera vez que me ocurre con ella, trata mal a los empleados delante de los customers, se cree mucha cosa, MIRESE EN UN ESPEJO CON ESOS LABIOS MORADOS Y LA BARRIGA AFUERA IMPROPIO DE UNA MANAGER DE UNA TIENDA DE ESA CATEGORIA, SE NOTA KE NUNCA HA TENIDO UN PUESTO DE MANAGER, y peor trato a los clientes, no me dejo ni tocar la ropa ni el size o modelo que yo deseaba, en ese momento no tenia a nadie para ayudarme se acerco ella con toda su arrogancia y no me permitia ni ke me acercara a la ropa, se fue y me envia una latina igual super mal educada GRITANDOME ALTISIMO: KE KIERES ME DIJO COMO UNA HISTERICA, le dije me bajas la voz ke no soy SORDA, ES LOGICO ke si el DIRECTOR de una pelicula es malo los ACTORES PEOR AUN. Eso no es nada profesional y al final lo que hizo fue decirme BYE BYE BYE, REPETIA COMO UNA SICOPATA COMO HECHANDOME DE LA TIENDA, realmente no volveré a pasar por ese EXPRESS KE LLEVABA MAS DE 2O AÑOS COMPRANDO MI ROPA DE BUSSINESS WOMAN CON ESA COMPAÑIA, hasta que esa tienda este administrada por OTRA persona DIFERENTE A ESA MUJER KE NO SABE NADA DE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IM NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ANYBODY, NASTY MANAGER AND EMPLOYESS ALSO, BAD SERVICE, NO GOOD PEOPLE, NO SE MERECEN NI 1 ESTRELLA, I GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE THEY DONT LET ME PUT ZERO

Went in to use a $10 off coupon for my birthday, saw a pair of jeans I liked but didnt find my size, I asked an associate if she could check to see if they had them, she didnt even talk to me she just took the jeans and left (Im assuming to check) as I waited forever, I decided to try on some stuff and when I get to the fitting room there wasnt an associate to open a fitting room, so I wait some more.. finally a girl comes and opens, and I tell her I have someone checking for a pair of jeans and surprise she completely ignores me too! I literally had to say "hello, did you hear me" and she looks at me upset and tells me ok. Guess what? She never came back. After waiting in the fitting room for the damn jeans, I was fed up and walked out to see her laughing with another associates, I asked her if she ever followed up and of course she didnt. Horrible experience from start to finish. Never going back there again.

It is a shame customer service is so horrible. Because I love their clothes in fact it is my favorite store . I spent every month over 300 hundred dollars in clothes at their store. But let me tell you your employees need a little more training in dealing with customers going an extra mile that customer service quality.

the quality of their cloth is excellent. i have clothes in my closet from express that i bought 3-4 years ago.. and i wash it a lot.. and it still looks pretty good. the only thing is that it can get a little expensive to shop here.
