Worst experience Ive ever had while shopping in Florida. I vacation in Florida from time to time so on one of my visits I decided to grab a few stuff from this location. After going towards the fitting room and not seeing anyone to check my items, me being a foolish tourist thought wow,this Ross is different (as Im used to someone standing at the entrance); however, I didnt see anyone so I entered. Just as I was about to enter the fitting stall someone began to call to me which I realized was a staff. I immediately stopped and showed her my items and collected my numbered card. What happened after totally offended me. She began to make comments which were very suggestive and in essence pretty much called me a thief. Being an individual who works in a financial institution and is entrusted with the responsibility to manage clients accounts, Ive never stolen and most definitely have never engaged in shoplifting, I was rather offended. After exiting the fitting room she asked if she came off a bit rough (which obviously suggested that she was aware of what she did) and I told her that she was rude. Firstly, she didnt apologize and to add fuel to fire, after responding to her that she was very rude she decided that she was in the mood for a battle and was even discriminating. I have always had pleasant experiences with the staff at other Ross stores around the area and for that reason I will take my business to those other locations and I will NEVER visit the location at 163rd. I work in a customer service driven industry and I am always pleasant to the customers I deal with so I was quite saddened by my experience. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would have.

pesimo servicio .las cajeras todo el tiempo hablando con los demas compañeros y no atienden con rapidez. malo el servicio al cliente .parece que no existe ningun jefe alli .hacem todos lo que quieren ...no se los recomiendo ..

Worst experience ever!! They say they closed at 10pm but the fitting room closed at 6pm doesnt even make any sense! They closed all the register and left only two open, the line was so long almost the whole store I wait 50 minutes to pay, most of the employees were organizing instead of open the registers, unbelievable!! I never go back again....

I purchased a shirt and I be waiting 15 minutes for my change,the call the Mannager she never responded,after 18 minutes the Mannager show up and never apology I say nothing,she has the best bad attitude,she doesnt care about you as a costumer,and this I not the first time she be ride like this.i hate this place!!!

Only go here if you have to, if everywhere else is closed, or if youre running low on gas. The customer service is nonexistent and the selection of goods (except shoes) is lackluster at best. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation and go to Marshalls or TJ Maxx.

I was surprised that I actually have a pretty good selection of shoes size 14 and up which is usually hard for me to find. They also have some lot of clothes for men though its not necessarily well-organized it is a good selection.

They had one register open., it took me 20 minutes to get out of there. Some people walk out. There was about 20 people behind me. Steve the Manager was not around. Shame on him.

Terrible mess of a store with bad sanitary conditions and an incompetent manager. For over fifty customers waiting only two terribly slow cashiers were opened. Stay AWAY.
