El peor servicio que he recibido desde que compre mi chevy traverse 2017...mas de tres horas para hacer un cambio de aceite....increible.Desde mi llegada fui recibido por una empleada que me indicó que dejara las llaves en la puerta del auto y fuera adentro a ver a un service advisor el cual me mandó de regreso afuera para que alguien pasara y me ofrecieran ayuda,tuvo unas palabras con dicha empleada diciendo que si yo no hacia esto nunca me atenderían...falta de organizacion de su trabajo para comenzar. Nada de un trato personalizado no me explicaron que servicio le realizarian a mi auto...me querian cobrar 35 dolares por un ponche en una de mis llantas...un misero parche de goma y como consecuencia de mi rechazo a tal precio por esa labor..no me hicieron la rotación de llantas y tampoco se me comunicó,al final de tanta espera en el medio del patio y bajo unfuerte sol me estaban entregando el auto equivocado,solo quedaba reir despues de tantos desaciertos,cuando al fin me entregan mi auto que por cierto tuve que salir a recogerlo en el patio,completamente sucio,el mecanico no tuvo la precaucion de limpiarse las manos y los pies y tenia aceite en mi puerta,en el timon,en toda la alfombra de plastico en el piso,un verdadero desastre,que falta de profecionalidad la verdad que la GM esta muy mal representada por este concesionario chevrolet...les aconsejo si no quieren tener esta mala experiencia no realizen sus mantenimientos en este lugar..autonation chevrolet lejune rd y la 8st sw.

Hace un mes y medio fui al dealer de la chevrolet coral gables ..el trato para hacer negocio fue muy bueno me atendieron muy bien como era de esperar.me fui con el carro que queria y mas menos un precio aceptado .Ayer hiba por el palmeto y una goma delantera se rajo completamente ..tuve que bajarme en la salida 3a lentamente con los intermitentes ..llame a la ayuda de carretera y su servicio fue ecpectacular .me llevaron el carro al autoservicio de dicho dealer pero como era tam tatde ya estana cerrado ..hoy llegue por la manana y me encientro con qie me estaban cobrando 357 dollares por esa goma..que no me cubria nada y no podian ayudarme ..despues de 4 horas resolvi llevarme el carro con una grua y resover una goma mas barata en otro lugar ..en espera de qie llegara dicha grua un trabajador de dicho lugar autoservicio vino me pidio las llaves y que moviera el carro yo le dije POR FAVOR LA GRUA LLEGA EN 10 MIN ..NO ME CAMINE EL CARRO QUE EL RIN SE ME PUEDE DANAR...me contesto lo siento llevas mucho rato parqueada ahi y tengo que quitarlo deme las llaves...y ahora les muestro en este video como el senor no le importo nada y lo quito sin mi autorizacion..la falta de respeto a un cliente ,la desconsideracion..y la demostracion de NO ME interesa su problema es bien clara ..en este senor ...

Set an appointment to have my vehicle serviced last Thursday at 7:00am and 5 days later its Monday 7:00am and my vehicle hasnt been moved from the spot it was towed to. No communication the entire weekend from the gentleman i turned my car into. I called everyday since then m, but the only time someone picked up, they told me they couldnt provide me with any kind of information. Thanks a lot guys. I guess if you have a serious engine problem you should go to an actual mechanic but then Im sure itll void the warranty I supposedly have. ::::update:::: just spoke to the manager and he told me that they were getting to my car first thing this morning. Kinda sounds like when a waiter forgets to put in your order and they tell you itll be right out in 5 minutes. I have never taken a car anywhere and had to wait 5 days for someone to finally check it. Whatever system this Chevy uses should be scrapped because I was told that it may fall under the warranty and a rental might be covered at no cost. When exactly is that going to be determined, a month from now after Ive already spent tons of money out of pocket??? This place is a joke and I see why it has so many negative reviews. I unfortunately put my trust in my home dealership and they let me down worse than the mom and pop mechanic down the street. 2nd update:::: So after I was quoted and decided to go elsewhere to have the engine replaced, the fleet manager Leonardo Valdivia seemed to be upset with my decision. Mr. Valdivia then decided to let me know that he was "waiving" the $100 diagnostics fee. I proceeded to tell him that since my car was allowed to sit on the lot unattended for 5 days, it was the least he could do. Guy got a serious attitude with me and then proceeded to bark at someone to fetch my car. I was then handed my key and then had to push my car along with the tow truck driver out from between 2 cars so that it could be towed. I wrote an email to corporate and will supposedly be contacted by the General manager of this location. I cant wait to speak to him. :::3rd update:::: Corp contacted me via phone call. They offered me a $50 gas card and offered to notify the general manager to contact me again. Its been 72 hours since I was told Id be contacted. I declined the gas card and dont expect that phone call from the GM. I will continue to tell anyone that will listen to never bring business to this location.

BUYERS INTERESTED IN BUYING A USED CAR, BEWARE! My Husband and I were in the market for a Honda Suv, We did our reserch and chose the model and year from the website that was within our budget. We arrived on location and began to do the numbers until we were finally comfortable with the car payments and insurance. The car was at a different location so we were told we would have to wait until a tow truck brought the car to where we are. We where there for what seems like hours. The sales women advised us that the register would be closing soon and that we should make the down payment our intentions were to drive away with the car so against better judgement we put the down payment in cash and debit WORSE MISTAKE EVER. Once the car arrived immediately upon turning on the car we hear a noise. Thank goodness my Husband and I came prepared and chose to purchase a scanner to check for any mechanical issues on the car. When we plugged in the scanner we were shock 3 codes came up , 2 of were ABS and AIR BAGS. Theese are seriouse problems and can not be over looked and not only are they serious and LIFE THREATENING TO NOT ONLY THE DRIVER BUT WHO EVER IS ARROUND. We came back inside were appauled by the reaction we recieved 1 we were questioned if my Husband knows mechanics which thankfuly he does more than the apparent supposed technician which two admitted he does not know much about mechanics but also made it seem as if it was NO BIG deal that theese things are NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR for an 05. THIS IN NO WAY IS NORMAl. 3 We were given an option to wait until the following business day to have THIER mechanics take a look at the car to see as they put in other words IF ITS WORTH FIXING OR IF IT COST TOO MUCH THEY JUST WONT SELL US THE CAR. Through all of this the sales women was insisting take the car home, all used cars come with a problem. Did we not mention ABS & AIR BAG SYSTEM? Even if you do not know a lot about mechanics anyone knows how important it is to have your brakes working properly. IT IS MORALLY AND ETHICALLY WRONG to try to sell someone a car with brake and air barg problems. We are being inconvenince to have to get a check back for the cash and the debit will be returned automatically. We even made our best effort to look through the inventory to find an alternate. But nothing we just one our money back and to forget we even chose this place. WHAT A NIGHTMARE.
