August 1, 2016 I am so beyond irate with this Dealerships dishonesty!! After receiving a call from Mr. Hayek and speaking with him about all our issues, I was more than confident that we finally had all our issues resolved! NOT THE CASE!!! I was totally taken aback today when I received an Email from the Better Business Bureau stating that Lexus of Kendall stated that "all of our issues were resolved, check was sent, etc.!" SO NOT THE CASE!! After being promised on June 23, 2016 that we would be reimbursed for our Mercedes Key that we never received upon the original purchase....almost two months later, we have yet to receive that check!! It should NOT take their Accounting Department two months to cut a check! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ June 23, 2016 After filing a complaint with the BBB of Miami, I received a phone call from Mr. Christopher Hayek of Lexus of Kendall, and I am happy to say that he has restored my faith in the process of purchasing a car from out of state! He was honest and professional, and he truly seemed to cared about the issues that we were having with the Dealership! Not being involved with the original purchase or dealings of the vehicle, Chris stepped in as soon as he learned of our issues with Lexus of Kendall and took charge! He not only apologized for the way that we had been treated, but he took the time out of his busy schedule to truly listen to our complaints! He helped us locate an owners manual, and offered to reimburse us for the purchase of the second vehicle key that we were originally promised but never received. We ended up purchasing one ourselves through our local Mercedes Dealership, so to have him state that Lexus of Kendall would reimburse us that charge truly restored our faith! Thank you Christopher Hayek!!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are contemplating purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership "DONT"!!! IF I COULD RATE THEM WITH A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD!!! They are dishonest and unprofessional, and I am completely disappointed with their overall service and reliability. Being from out of state, before purchasing a vehicle from them I went on Yelp and saw that they had nothing but horrible reviews. I did not want to buy from them, however, my husband wanted a specific Mercedes that they had for sale. Against my better judgment, my husband purchased the vehicle. We were told the vehicle would come with two sets of keys, and owners manual. Upon delivery, the vehicle was missing a set of keys, and there wasnt an owners manual. On top of that, the vehicle hadnt been serviced in over 82 days and upon delivery, we had to have oil installed and the mirror on the passenger side was broken. When I spoke with Santiago (the salesman that sold us the vehicle), he assured us that once they contacted the previous owner, we would have the second set of keys and manual. After two weeks of being promised we would have the items and promises of returned phone calls that never came, I called and spoke with Guellerimo and John Pedrianes who are managers. I again was told that the items were purchased and in the mail. It has now been over a month and 1/2 and still no owners manual, and we ended purchasing a second set of keys that ran us over $400.00, not including having to have our car serviced and repairs made! On top of everything else, the vehicle was owned by one of their own Managers named Maurico, so they had us believing it was some other customer that came in and traded the vehicle in, when all along it was one of their own. I am a veteran and still work with the military, and this is the service and treatment that I get from them! We are currently in the process of taking legal action against them.

DO NOT GO HERE ! Run away, especially if your sales person is ROBERTO ROMERO. My husband and i got there and Roberto was on the phone the whole time. We walked around a bit to see some cars but his way of demonstrating was to walk while talking on the phone and literally pointing to cars. My husband had already done research on cars before arriving so we just asked to see it. We loved it. They were giving us a low amount for our jeep that we were trying to trade in so we were choosing to go elsewhere. When we sat down with Roberto and told him we were paying cash, his eyes lite up. NOW he wanted to act professional. But at that point we wanted to leave already. As we left Roberto ran out and said his manager wanted to speak with us. All in all, HIS MANAGER sealed the deal. He definitely gave us a good deal and dropped the price by a lot for us. Very NICE and PROFESSIONAL guy. Anyway, we left and the next day when we were driving we noticed the ac was acting up. A problem that was going to cost us 1,200. Understand our frustration, we were told it went through "service" and you are going to tell me that these guys missed this problem? We only missed it because we bought the car at 8pm so it was not hot at all. When we went in to complain, Roberto was the rudest most unprofessional person i had ever met. He gave us two options, we could have their "mechanics" fix it or we can find another car but it wont be of the same value as the one we had purchased. So while my husband and i were thinking about it he said MAKE A DECISION QUICK BECAUSE IM HUNGRY. Is he crazy? We decided to look around for other cars. Then Roberto loses his glasses ! My husband and i walked the whole lot by ourselves and Roberto walked in circles looking for his stupid glasses. He insulted us various times and lied to us. My husband and i couldnt even take him serious anymore. We opted for having them fix it. Roberto lied and said it would be ready the next day. Of course it wasnt ready until 4 days later. Lexus refused to give me a loaner because i purchased a used car and not a Lexus. I understand that, and i am not asking for a Lexus brand loaner. I would of liked any car since i have a 1 year old that goes to classes and i am pregnant and have appointments to go to. Point of the story, DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT WORK WITH ROBERTO ROMERO :) It was truly a nightmare !!!!!!

Muy mala yo compre un GX460 mi auto desde que salió del dealer tiraba a la derecha lo alinearon y dos Días después volvió a tener ese problema, se coordinó una cita con el departamento de servicio y al llegar no había carro para darme, pero lo peor que mi carro nuevo 2017 fue chocado y no querían cambiármelo después de casi 20 días de estar el carro en el dealer observe como me lo estaban pintando para entregármelo y esconder que fue accidentado por el dealer los manager de Lexus me dieron su palabra que lo Ivan a cambiar estuve el día entero esperando para que me lo cambiaran, se hablo con el gerente general y el mismo mando que me lo cambiaran ahora que llego al dealer a las 7:pm me salen con que no se me puede entregar el carro nuevo tratando de forzarme a quedarme con mi carro que ellos chocaron, son las 8:10 PM de la noche y no me han solucionado ahora salen que no tienen carro para darme y estoy pidiendo cancelar el negocio y vendieron el carro que entregue ES350 2016, este dealer no sirve y menos el departamento de servicio que nadie soluciona nada y se están librando de responsabilidades. Jamás volveré a comprar un auto ni referido a este dealer por que son unos Ladrones y no tenen palabra.
