My wife was very unhappy with her bike and we started shopping around for the best woman specific bicycle. Trek has what it takes when it comes to getting a good womans bike. So, after checking all around we decided to go to Infinity Bike Shop. Immediately we realized it was the best decision that we couldve make. The Infinity crew really knows how to take care and service customers. Not only they had what we wanted but also helped us getting the correct fit and equipment. Earl, Garry and the rest of the crew are well prepared and trained (certified) to do the correct bike fitting which is so important when getting a bike. The shop has tons of inventory of everything which is super good for a bike racer like myself. I will highly recommend Infinity Bike Shop to anybody. Best bike shop in town, hands down!

Not happy with service. Bought a bike computer from them and had it installed by them but they put the sensor on backwards so when i took it home I realized it was not working. I brought it back and they were friendly about it, but they seemed more interested in talking about how fast they go than helping me with my problem and took 45min. to fix. One month later I stopped in to have a tire replaced and one of the sales guys said "time for a new bike?" I said no thanks, and as I was walking out I herd a comment from there show room saying quietly " piece of ....." I found a shop closer to me called Adventure Bikes and they were great! Highly recommended!

Unbelievable service today!! I got a flat while out for a pretty good ride from my home to Ballard Park. I called Infinity to make sure they had the size tube I needed, since I was walking about 1 mile to their shop. Justin answered and offered to ride over on a bike to where I was and fix it for me. I thought this was so exceptional!! Then he called me back and said the owner Marshall would come pick me up in his car and bring me back to the shop for the repair!! They fixed the flat and I was back out to finish my ride within 20 minutes. Thats what I call above and beyond! Thank you for the exceptional customer service today!!!

Ive been a serious bike rider & racer for over 30 years. As well, I owned a small bike shop a number of years ago. Over the years I have had the opportunity to live in a number of cities and use the services of a good many local bike shops. In my opinion the employees at Infinity rate in there as some of the best Ive personally experienced. They are knowledgable, attentive and put customer first. I had a bottom bracket replaced today in record time and at what I felt to be a very reasonable cost. The mechanic, Jeff, was exceptional! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BIKE SHOP...these guys are great!

Lousy service. Booked two Treks in for service, three days later they hadnt been touched. When I picked them up, I was met with yeah, we werent sure why the bikes were here... Headed to Revolution Cycles. Gary, we bought the bikes from you, and returned them for the complimentary tune up, after the break in period. During check in, I could hear conversations about work orders, but did not get a receipt. I was told you were going to call me Friday for pick up. I didnt get a call. I drove down Saturday to check status, as they hadnt been touched, i took them away.

I love the new owners, they take time to listen to what I want, have helpful suggestions, and stock what I want and need. And most importantly, the people that work here ride bikes. They specialize in what Floridians need: road, hybrid, cruiser, and comfort bikes with some mountain bikes thrown in. This is the perfect shop to build a relationship with if you are new to the sport or would like a place to hang out and meet other cyclists. Did I mention the big screen and couch for watching the Tour? (Go Lance!)

My bike was pretty sad when I came in, but the guys at Infinity were able to fix everything up in less than 15 minutes! They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I know next time I have trouble or any of my friends needs help on their bike, Ill be going back. They also have reasonable prices on all types of gear, from essentials like brakes and inner tubes to racing gear and accessories. If youre in Melbourne and you need anything for your bike, this is the place!

I love infinity bike shop. I purchased my bike here about a year ago and I would never go anywhere else. The purchase process was amazing and they matched me to the bike that fit my needs the best and Ive had my bike serviced here several times since. I recently stopped in to pickup some bike oil and they even took the time to answer my questions about that and make sure I had the right one for the conditions I ride.

Great place overall. Ive been here several times for some maintenance and purchases. The staff always seems friendly and welcomes you. They do a good job of not making me feel like an idiot when I’m working on my own bike and need tools or advice. They have a great selection of in stock bikes for all terrains and for the casual to professional racers. They also have a great selection of in stock accessories.

I went to Infinity bikes today to get my bike fixed; they were friendly and very knowledgeable. I was prepared to wait over an hour to have my bike fixed, but it took just 20 minutes! And it cost me under 10 dollars.They had a good selection of accessories and bikes, so I would recommend this bike shop to anyone who needs a new bike, equipment or a repair.

I was impressed with the staff at Infinity. Melissa and the rest did a fantastic job in finding out my needs and making suggestions as to how to meet them. She listened really well, and she and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable. Bought two Treks today. Will not hesitate to take the drive to Melbourne to deal with them again.

Very friendly staff, fast and expert service. The shop was highly recommended by folks who are doing triathlons. Got fixed some annoying noise in a new Specialized Roubaix bottom bracket.
