I purchased the Escape 3 L Black/White, I customized my seat with a Serfas Suspension Hybrid Saddle, and added a stem riser delta 1-1/8 for additional height. These guys rolled out the red carpet for me. Travis was my bike advisor/ salesman; he treated me like he knew me 4ever. I road tested a few bikes before making my decision which lead to the customizations of my wheels. My bike was modified according to my specs; I am happy with my purchase. The owner was as cool to talk with as Travis. My bike feels well balanced and just right for me. What I loved most is they did not try to sell me the most expensive bike Travis simply told me how he rides and what he uses when he rides. I was happy to purchase some additional accessories and rode 16 miles from the shop to my home. The bike floated over the pavement it was an awesome ride. Travis even checked the forecast for me before I left the shop. I highly recommend this LBS if you are looking for a bike or accessories for one. Ask for Travis hes a good dude.

Service was very poor on multiple occasions. I brought in my bike to have a simple job done on it, it takes less than 10 mins, they ignored me until I asked if they had time to work on the bike. They said that they were busy and could not make time but to try back next week. I came back in a week and was once again ignored and told that they were too busy. I went to Revolutions Cyclery where they greeted me and asked how they could help. I explained what I needed for my bike and they took care of it right away at a very fair price. I was blown away how much better of service I recieved at Revolutions. I will never go back to J&S again.

Purchased a beautiful ladies Raleigh bicycle back in 2011. Weve moved a few times and the bike brakes were out of wack so when I called for service I spoke to Joe the owner. He reminded me that his new bikes are covered for general tunes ups and to come on down to the shop. When I arrived I was greeted by Travis and Aaron their bike techs. These guys were so welcoming that we are definitely looking to purchase another bike for our daughter. We wouldnt buy one from anywhere else . Well done Joe, Aaron and Travis we appreciate you guys.

I called to ask about a flat tire if they could help install it for me an hour and a half before closing. They were not busy. They told me I would have to leave the bike with them. Not much help Ill keep walking
