Meat and seafood dept are amazing! deli and sub dept is disgusting! The customer service from almost all of them is embarrassing! They might as well wear a neck sign to say "I hate my job, and my life!" not my problem you work at Publix, if you are unhappy, do something about it! Hey management...we do not want free groceries because your departments cant get it together, we just want good customer service and to get what we ordered without attitude!!!! Most of us work in customer service also..and I wouldnt have a job if I behaved like that! Get it together Publix!

This location will NOT take target coupons (but ever other Publix dose) they told me to go two blocks away to Jametown Blvd. I had two screaming kids, two carts of food and was only trying to use one coupon from target (that i had called and asked if i could use prior to shopping and they said sure we take all coupons) The manager was very rude!!! But now I know only shop at Jametown **They need to work a bit on customer services

I dont like feeling like the common criminal because I dont LOOK like I have money to spend. So I rolled back out and went across the street to 711 for one of THEIR subs.... I will never visit this specific Publix ever again! And NOBODY who was WATCHING ME bothered to ask if I needed help. So what was the point in following me? Hmmmm yeah that makes me suspicion looking though?????

The WORST customer service team! Customer service was rude not welcoming at all. Do not check out with "Riyad" ,hes very rude and doesnt know the store policies. When I had a situation with him I asked to talk to store manager, then when his store manager sided with me you could see his anger Ill never check out with him again!!

Some of the staff are ok. I injured myself there. A incident report was made and I was contacted the next day by their corporate office. Needless to say, I still have medical bills that werent paid when they said that they would be. The bills keep adding up, next bill will be hip replacement surgery, Thanks Publix!

I love this store! Everyone is very nice and friendly! I will not go to another Publix in our area. The best times to go are early in the morning and late in the evening. Parking on the side of the building is better than fighting over a front parking spot. If you think about it, you are walking the same distance.

I like this publix. Deli is busy but very fast. People are very helpful working there. Their cheese and wine cases try. Bakery is fresh. Clean store . Only thing I did not like was the good old boy managers standing around talking the gossiping breeze. That has not changed.

This is our go to grocery place. Try to go as early as possible to avoid the influx of shoppers. Store is always clean, great selection of fresh produce and meats. Got to love their BOGOs too. Have ordered from their deli several times online, super easy and convenient.

This one and the Lake Mary Blvd are my preferred Publix stores. Clean store, helpful people, almost always have what I want. Their selection of non-dairy milk is great. This is where we get our cashew milk, almond milk, coconut milk, and combinations thereof.

You will not find a better management team! They keep associates at top level so everything runs well, looks good and is taken care of. Need something? Just ask At top of line, except for specialty stores for pricing but it is worth the different

My 21 year old girlfriend forgot her "Fun With Fruits & Vegetables KidsCookbook" (gotta eat) at the store as we left, we came back to get it and they were holding it for us! Picked it up with no judgement. 5 star establishment.

The parking lot was made awfully. Idk if its their fault or not, but it is still annoying. However the store itself is in very good condition and all the staff is very nice. Dont forget your pubsub.
