Locals of Celebration: Go to Champions Gate! Stay away from this Publix! It is tourist central! I have never had shorter than a 20 minute trip in this store even for just one item. Every time I go in here I groan because I know it will spoil a couple hours out of my day. The shoppers here are always 90% tourist, and they act like they are at a theme park in the store. They take up the entire isle way, ignore you when you ask them to move, and then give you dirty looks when you try to scoot by. The staff are always too busy to really give you any time of day. They cant hire anymore people, because then everyone would be packed in there like sardines. Side Note: Do not even think about going to this deli. It will take you 30 minutes just to get 1/4lb sliced of anything. Just if you are a local, think twice about going to this one and take the extra few minutes to head south west and have a much more pleasant experience.

My parents have shopped at Publix since the mid-seventies, myself since 2003. In all these years I can count on one hand anything negative about Publix. Earlier this evening was one such circumstance. One employee there takes liberties to make personal comments about my person, that I shop there frequently, and what I look like. I made the decision to bring it up to a manager and he defended her, I feel he snubbed me, and I dont feel it was resolved in an adult and professional manner. When I mentioned I would be contacting headquarters he seemed to accommodate me slightly better. I cant change people or the world or the way Publix does business, however I can take my business elsewhere. I look forward to robotics and artificial intelligence in our society thereby removing the human element which is frequently very unsatisfactory. I cant see how corporate will be pleased to learn that theyre losing another customer.

We were here on vacation and have gone to this location multiple times over the last couple years and the overall experience hasnt changed! If you are looking for anything particular especially as far as the service areas like deli and bakery are concerned, your vest bet is to get there as early as possible otherwise they are liable to be completely out of of What you are looking for! Over all the staff is friendly, but you have to keep in mind if you are here during the busy season you WILL have to wait in line! There is nothing they can do about it and they are doing all they can to accommodate everyone! You are on vacation and they are working! So please be nice to them!

I visit here to take items with me before I visit one of the Disney theme parks. This Publix Supermarket was right on point. Apparently there must know that tourists are here looking for things they can take to the theme park. I was able to get fresh fruits and vegetables. All pre pre-packaged on ice. Also I order a fresh Subway sandwich from the deli. Although Publix prices are high they are still much better than the prices at the theme parks at Disney.

Even though this Publix is always packed with tourists (which can be frustrating because many of them have no idea where to find the items theyre looking for, which is understandable), I always have a good experience when shopping for my groceries here. The staff is much what you would expect from Publix: very professional and very friendly. The produce is always top notch and well stocked. You cannot beat their BOGO deals and the amazing Publix Subs!

Except for the deli, this is one of the better Publix in this area. It has the best selection, and very friendly & helpful employees. That said, the deli is VERY poorly run. They are very busy, but never use the "take a number" system, the staff have no sense of urgency, and the wait at the deli can be more than fifteen minutes, even when they arent busy. The deli manager is only to happy to make excuses...but not changes to fix the problem.

Great supermarket in the nice Celebration area. The majority of the employees are very attentive and always willing to help you and answer any question when you are looking for a product. The management need to pay attention at some employees at the cashier by mean of not to making more difficult to costumer when trying to use any kind of discount coupons or when taking something out of the cashier ticket.

Man oh Man, I LOVE Publix. I dont know any other supermarket that offers fresher ingredients, products and produce than Publix. The customer service is unbeatable; the associates actually walk you to the products you need AND with a smile. The stores are always clean and the its relatively easy to find what you are looking for quickly and easily. A one-stop shop that saves me time and money!

This place is nice, new and close to home! I like taking advantage of the online deli ordering. They now have a hot food bar, salad bar, olive bar, wine bar (with free sampling), cheese station, and a fish monger! I can actually talk to the same person about fish and get recommendations on how to prepare and cook my fish. This location also has a Redbox and the liquor store is next door

Nice and clean and very busy. But Looking prices was to easy. I picked up a 12 pack of diet Pepsi , couldnt find a price for it any where the 12 pack was. And the ice. 20 lb bag. No price anywhere in the ice cabinet . But the total price for the two items $9.66. Not really bad but still should have prices listed.

Very clean on the inside. Employees are very helpful if you ask for something. Lines arent very long for checking out. Lines can/do get long for getting subs and other food from the deli during lunch hours because of nearby office buildings. Has a dine-in area you can sit to eat the food you get at the deli.

Great service and great people. It is a bit crowded due to this being a tourist area but they always have enough staff an working to handle it well. Consumer Report rated them near the very top of all supermarket chains and guess who is near the bottom, yes that W mart place. You get what you pay for.

I have always loved going to Publix and seeing how they arrange their merchandise and have fresh and quality produce. It also helped that this was located near our hotel that we stayed in for a week. We bought our supplies here for our whole vacation. Definitely helped a lot! Staff was quite cheerful too!

Excellent customer service, and wide variety of items. Only down sider is that the Deli needs to keep up with there online ordering hence that 3 of my orders were never ready the last one I just didnt bother ended up buying preslice meat. Overall there doing a great job and very pleasant.

Publix is an outstanding super market. Customer service is what sets them apart, IMO. They make you feel like they are genuinely happy to see you and help you find anything you are looking for. They were out of what we were looking for, they ordered it and called us back when it arrived.
