Id give this CVS a big fat goose egg ZERO for how inappropriate and unprofessional the pharmacy was today. Long story short, we have an 8 year old who was prescribed an antibiotic at 930 am. We were told CVS has 24 hours to fill a prescription and theyre too busy to fill it right away. After some extra convincing we broke them down to promise a 2pm fill time. Not happy with that, we reluctantly agreed as its better than 24 hours. Fast forward to 2 pm and 4 pm. Still not filled. Everyone gave excuses. Too busy, cant do it, not possible, etc.., no one would help even when the person who promised 2pm admitted it. The response was yea.. I said it but couldnt get to it and cant now either. It took a firm No! unacceptable.. This is an 8 year old who has been,waiting all day. Total hassle. Obvious lack of leadership, training and customer service. My 8 year old got to suffer for it. Very disappointing. Shameful.

I went in to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy and Barbie not only helped me through the process (my prescription didnt send in the first time) but when the total came to a whopping $150 for a months supply she even told me where to go to find a manufacturers coupon before checking out. There was a huge line. She managed to help everyone while also attempting to input the multiple coupons I found. In the end, none of my coupons worked. But you know what she did? She found one for me. She saved me $100. I am so grateful she went above and beyond to help me. THANK YOU BARBIE!

The incredibly rude pharmacist and staff will give you the wrong medication, lie to you to your face and like to pretend they are doctors. They question your doctors instructions give the the wrong amount of medication, mess up the filing with your insurance and treat you like they just want you to go away. So Im now going to a different pharmacy and I wouldnt recommend CVS Pharmacy to anyone. They want your money, they couldnt care less about the customer and they dont even care enough to fake it. RUN AWAY!!!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They have made so many errors on my Rx that we stopped going there! We changed to the CVS on 131st and Park Blvd. only one mile further. This pharmacy is under staffed and over worked because they offer 24 hour service. Drive by it! The one on 131st is faster, the most friendliest place!!! You feel like their only customer. Cant sat enough about the Pharm. staff!!

Never again. Always, ALWAYS have an issue with filling prescriptions. Its never an easy process, takes forever and the staff is downright rude. They will call to verify insurance, even though our whole family has been to this CVS, and will get bogged down and never fill your script on time. Better off going across the street to Publix where at least the clerks are friendly.

I developed bronchitis while on vacation. (I have a chronic lung disease as well) I was told it would take 24 hours to fill my inhaler prescriptions. I explained that I was traveling to another location shortly, and was told the best they could do is 4 or 5 hours as "There are other people ahead of you." Called Walgreens and was told 60 minutes.

Awful customer service.. called in to speak to a pharmacist - on hold 10 mins, someone picked up the line and then says "oh wrong one" and proceeded to put me on hold for another 5 minutes before I hung up Called back in, finally got someone and explained what happened, they put me on hold for another 5 minutes before I disconnected

Always seem to have a problem with this pharmacy. Whether I give them 8 hours to fill a prescription and when I go to pick it up after work it is not ready. Constantly lie to me as to why my prescription has not been filled. Always think they know more than their customers but the fact they lie all the time really gets me.

Was told to come to this store because the one on STARKEY wasnt 24hrs. All I needed was some damn cold medicine. Been driving for hours from Daytona. Sick. And now pissed. There was a "system error", so they couldnt sell it. Went all that damn way for nothing. Thanks a lot CVS, you continue to be absolutely terrible.

very bad, we came from urgent care with a script for tamaflu, this is flu season...we had spent 2 hours a urgent care we only wanted to get home with the med..No stock..Sent me up to the Target in Largo, the had 1 box left...had to wait 20 minutes before i could get med...

CVS as a whole is the most terrible place to fill a prescription i am hold for 45 min and they are such incompetent people that work there . i am going to publix or Sams club for now on these are the most unprofessional people . DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME .

Delivers medication whenever they want. Expects people to be home 24/7 to get delivery. Rude personnel. Waited over 2 hours for medication to be filled in store. Very rude. Not organized. Worst service ever!
