Baffled as to why this CVS would have such a low rating. I love this location - I come here every month to get my RXs filled. Staff here is always kind and accommodating. They are busy but usually work very quickly and efficiently. Im a diabetic and constantly struggle with prices of my medicine. Because I am here all the time, pharmacy staff knows me by name, and, if they see a coupon or deal I can use, they have always looked out for me and have let me know about other options when ive struggled from time to time to afford my meds. There are other CVSs I could go to that are closer, but I chose to drive the extra 10 minutes because the staff here to me is worth it. The only thing that is a bummer is that this CVS doesnt have a minute clinic, but, nothing in life is ever perfect! So oh well! :) Thanks New Albany CVS. Yall the bomb-diggity.
