Ive been buying from discount for 10 years in 3 different states now. When it was time for new tires I went to Costco in Tampa since I live 5 minutes away. Well, that was a mistake. After 2 attempts Costco couldnt get my tires balanced. I finally drove the hour it takes me to get to discount and 45 minutes later I have no vibration. The folks here went over why my car vibrated, how far out of balance the tires were, even though Costco said it was within their specifications. They also showed the "hop" measurements which shows how out of round the tires are. They broke the bead lose and spun the tires on the wheels to minimize the out of round vibrations. In the end I should have just gone to discount to start with. They are typically the cheapest. They always have taken care of me even if I didnt buy my tires from them. On a set of BFG long terrain tires that I only got half the mileage rating out of the Daytona store gave me half my original purchase price back with no questions. The employees are always happy and helpful. I really wish more companies operated like discount tire. Im done wasting my time at less caring tire retailers.

I started out with Discount Tire in Gainesville, Fl back in 2010 and had a great experience with great pricing. Moved to central Florida and got a new set of tires at their Winter Haven, Fl location in 2012 and still great experience with best pricing. Now living in Jacksonville, Fl I sought out their location when a tire blew on the highway. They used my certificate and replaced the tire at little cost (due to tread depth). My Honda Accord has performance tires and the dealer cost for Michelin is about $1300...at Discount Tire I walk out with Michelin tires at around $750-$900 after the rebate. Their best rebate time is Thanksgiving/Black Friday where you can get up to $200 back in rebates using your Discount Tire credit card. I definitely recommend shopping with them.

Two vehicles needing new tires, and not the usual tire installation service, either. The guys did a fantastic job on both our sets of tires, including extra service like swapping the best of our old tires to the spare, installing aluminum valve stems that we provided, and even installing balance beads into both sets of tires (again, provided by us). Through the entire process for both vehicles the guys at Discount Tire were superb and professional, and most of all Michael Forde set the tone for how to provide SERVICE to customers. Its a rare experience these days to receive the level of exemplary service we were treated to by Michael and because of this well be back again and again. If youre looking for a fantastic experience then visit these guys ASAP.

Life-long customer of Discount Tire, and Shaun and Co. guaranteed that I will stay one! Came in to buy 2 new tires and was informed that my wheels were improperly sized for my make and model car- not only did Shaun, Jeff, and Ben give me a great deal on 4 new wheels plus 2 tires, they did it in such a friendly and timely manner I still cant believe it! Despite this being the closest store to Tampa I will never hesitate to make the drive to get incredible service at a competitive price for half the time spent waiting at any other place.

Ill never buy tires from anywhere else. These are great prices, great warranty and from guys who actually care. At this location I didnt feel like just a $$ sign in a queue to get tired. These guys explain everything and dont mind saying it twice. My hub caps flew off after getting tires replaced. (It happens with old hub caps) I called them and the manager said buy some new ones, bring the receipt by and we will reimburse. As a girl, Im happy to report they out the new ones on for me too!

I have purchased three sets of tires from the Hwy 98 North location. Monte and the crew are awesome! They understand what good customer service means. I also had the opportunity to visit a Discount Tire while traveling in TN. I told them I bought my tires down south, but one developed a wobble. My car was put to the front of the line and fixed at no charge. I rarely go on-line to write reviews, but this company deserves the positive feedback.

Came in to get my tires rotated and balanced. There was 4 bays open and only one person in the store waiting. The manager told me it would be at least an hour wait. I tried to explain to him that I lived an hour away and he said that he did too. He told me to make an appointment next time and the wait would be 45 mins. I purchased multiple tires from discount tire and will not be coming back.

Never been to this store before. We walked in with just 45 minutes until closing with a tire that had low air pressure. Matthew signed us in right away, was very courteous, and listened to what we had to say. It took just 30 minutes to fix what turned out to be a screw in the middle of the tire. They did not charge any fees for this repair service! We would highly recommend this store!

I cannot express how pleased I am with the customer service and the professionalism of the store. Not only were they the Best priced tires I could find I got the warranty for the tires and one month later had a nail in my tire. I took my jeep in and they promptly and without hassle gave me a new tire without any trounle at all. I would recommend this place to anyone !!!!!

Was very appreciative today for a replacement tire for my Rav 4. They helped me get a spare tire for a better price and it will work great! Very friendly, professional attitude and clean inside with decent music to listen to while waiting. These guys here are great and fast! Will be back in the future. ;)

Excellent customer service! They even held the door open for me. I went to fix my tire which had a nail in it. I was in and out and the best part was that I didnt have to pay a dime. Fixing tires is complementary.
