Low prices, good products. Ive been to this Big Lots several times for quite a few big purchases, and Ive never been disappointed. The workers are super friendly, polite, and helpful. For my last purchase of a bookshelf, the guy who brought it out to my car even offered some advice on how to put it together with less hassle than what the instructions listed. Fantastic customer service.

Employees are friendly, but the mens restroom sucks... quite possibly the worst restroom Ive ever encountered in my hometown. Theres also no video games or console accesories sold at this location, but aside from that, its Big Lots. ;)

cheap and organize family

I called and ask if they had a gray slipcover for the sofa and I stayed on the phone with them over 30 min, after that finally they said No.. so I went to biglots and guess what they had Gray slipcover for a sofa... WTF
