100% Dishonest. I will NEVER go back again. They had an ad on Craigslist with a beautiful picture of a nice, white Mattress and Boxspring Set. Since I live 1 hour and 20 minutes away, I made a phone call. I wanted to ensure the Set was still available before I left home. Over the phone, a very nice lady told me that the one in the picture had been sold, but assured me several times that "they had two more sets exactly like it, in excellent condition". I clarified over the phone that I lived over an hour away and that it was very important to me that what she said was true and accurate. She assured me that it was. Once I arrived at the store, they had two yellow (not white) Sets of Hotel mattresses, that looked like they were half the quality, they were fanged, stained, and one of the Boxsprings was broken. One of store workers seemed puzzled that I was so upset, so she got the Store Owner in an effort to make things right. I had just driven an hour and 20 minutes because a lady over the phone assured me many times that what they had on hand was "exactly the same". It was nowhere close. The store owner continued the pattern: he was nice, but incredibly dishonest. Only this time, someone was lying to my face, not just over the phone. When I expressed to him that I was upset, just drove a long way, and this was not what I came for, he falsely asserted that the mattress sets were exactly the same. I showed him the original picture, he said "thats just the way it looks on your phone". I showed him where the Boxspring was (very obviously) broken, he said it wasnt, then got two of his employees to "come feel this and tell me if its broken". They also lied, in favor of supporting the owners false claim that "the springs are just a little loose right there". Extremely disappointed. How could a store be run completely by dishonest people?? I dont imagine theyll stay open for business very long.

I went in to look at restaurant equipment with the intention of purchasing ,I bought my big truck with me. There were some Buffet tables I was very interested in. There was 2 pieces, but they had them separated as though it was 3. And a sign that said was $1500 but now $750. I was prepared to pay the $750 for all 3 pieces . or even the one piece that they had separated to make it look like 2. The lady said she would sale them to me for $2250. Then went down to $1500 after they knew I had a restaurant and wanted the items. After I told her the tables had been modified, and didnt have all of the parts ,like sneeze guards, she replied that she had a man to offer her $1500 and she turned him down . but shed sell me the one piece for $1000. She stated that shed be taken a loss if she sold that one piece for $750 makes no sense to me. How are you loosing anything from equipment that was donated to the thrift store. They had no way of plugging it up to assure me it was working properly. And said what you see is what you get, and all sales are final. Very dishonest people, I think theyre trying to sale donated items at a much higher price to pocket most of the money. They should be reported ! And continued to try to sale me items that did not work or was missing parts at high prices. Needless to say I walked away with my cash still in my pocket and I will not be going back.
