I am having my bathroom completely remodelled. Start date was February 5, 2016 and was supposed to take one week to complete. After one week, was going to be about three more days. Three weeks later, it still looks like these pictures. Tile is chipped in front of the toilet and on the side of the toilet where the toilet was dropped when being installed, the grout is horrible in places, caulk under the pedestal is messy and mixed with grout, tiny holes on the wall beside the shower, baseboards at closet doors has been fixed, but is still wrong. The work has been done in dibbles and dabbles instead of coming in and completing the job. They came in last Friday and told me they put the second coat of paint in the bathroom. The closet was not touched even though I asked the contractor to remove the caulk from the shelf boards as he had caulked them in place on the crooked board he mounted them on. The threshold was not installed. The outlet on the outside wall is hanging and has been left like that for weeks. I am really unhappy about the chipped tiles and am disappointed with Home Depot for not knowing what kind of work the contractors do that they recommend to you.

I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING HERE FOR MANY MONTHS AND SPEND A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I FEEL THAT THEY HAVE A LOT OF FIXXING TO DO. I WENT THE OTHER DAY TO PICK UP DOORS THE ASSOCIATE WATCHED ME WALK BY AS HE CARRIED A PERSONAL CONVERSATION ON WITH A FELLOW ASSOCIATE AND WHEN HE SAW ME APPROACH THE DOORS, STEPPED FROM VISIBILITY OF THE ISLE AND CONTINUES TALKING. NO ASSISTANCE AND I WAS ALONE. PRIOR TO I GOT 30 SHEETS OF SHEETROCK AND HAD TO LOAD ALONE!!! MDF OFF 2ND SHELF HAD TO LOAD ALONE. AND IM REFERING TO LOAD ON CART AND VEHICLE. ALSO GOT SOME PRIVACY FENCE AND POSTS AND NO ONE HELPED ME LOAD THEM OR EVEN QUESTIONED ME. I WAS LOOKING TO FIGURE OUT DIFFERENCE IN CONCRETTE THEY HAD AND ASSOCIATES WALKED AROUND ME LIKE I WASNT THERE... TERIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I DO NOT RECOMEND GOING THERE UNLESS YOU PLAN TO DO ALL THE WORK YOURSELF.... THEY NEED LESS PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO WORK, AND MORE PEOPLE TO DO THEIR JOBS!!! MORE PEOPLE TO WORK PERIOD!!! I AM STRONG IN MY OPPINION AND FEEL AS THOUGH THIS COMPANY NEEDS MORE WORK AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CONCERNED.

BEST customer service. Especially the guy with the red goatee, He helped me take my purchases out to my car when no one else would and I had my kids with me. Great guy. I asked and his name was Thomas. They need more people like him willing to help out their customers, not like the two young slackers that wouldnt help me and watched me struggle with my purchases and my kids. Been trying to have new counter tops installed going on three (3) months . Dealing with Multistone out of Georgia. It has been one delay after another. From cutting the stone wrong. Not coming for appointment , coming late, on and on . I would never do business with this company again. If you want your new stone counter top messed up then call these people. Dont know why Home Depot does business with them.

There is no customer service at any of the big box stores. Used to be they actually had help that knew what they were talking about instead of selling you the junk they have in the store. And the help isnt smart enough to realize the self check out lanes are there demise.

Recently purchased a refrigerator from this store after a VERY NEGATIVE experience with the Lowes in Live Oak, the delivery crew for the refrigerators was FIRST CLASS, this store needs to make sure they keep this delivery team!
