1st, i would like to give accolades to Trecia Jarrett Specialty Assistant Manager Store # 0220 way back in september 2016 i was shopping for my ginormous remodel. most of know this excercise in what some believe to be futile. i used to contract commercial furniture on gsa but this was a completely different animal. my suggestion is get an owner builder permit from the city and do it right the first time! prior to beginning the project i purchased all the materials, thus saving $$ counters, sink/shower hardware, purchased cabinets from an individual who actually builds the cabinets vs a contractor buying PRE-BUILT cabinets.. but i digress. so i purchased all my appliances from Home Depot store 0220, explained the project in detail to the salesman and 4 months later on the install, things fell apart on the actual delivery and install. it was frustrating finding the right person to listen, i bounced from CS to 3 different managers. the 3rd manager actually took the time to listen. meanwhile, my anxiety was obvious, but Trecia took the time with me in a calm cool methodology which instantly changed my attitude, then we had a real conversation. HEY Home Depot, it would be good for yall to train Trecia how to train your customer service staff throughout your corporate world. she not only was fair, i was too. it was a win-win all due to Trecia. because of her, i will continue shopping at the Home Depot. i the type of person who can send you business, just as im designing a system for subcontractors to delineate the MIDDLE MAN, the dreaded contractor. so my 2 cents is to always keep your cool, stand your ground, take the time to find the right person to speak with to level the playing field, again, stand your ground, be polite, listen, speak, process and ultimately a great resolve patiently awaits !!

Quite possibly the most challenging Home Depot you will find to shop at. There is a general policy of disorganization and a general approach of dismissal toward customer questions. I would be thankful for the low prices but half the time you are not allowed to buy things becaue they spend daytime hours stocking the store and it is not uncommon to find multiple center store aisles closed for restocking. The commitment to customer service is clearly lacking in this locations managment as it is suprisingly evident and obviously tolerated in the behavior of most of the employees. I have been fortunate enough to catch a few of the good employees on rare occasions but they are in low supply and high demand so finding them can be a matter of luck and timing. It is challenging that this is the only business of its kind in town because it affords them the opportunity to basically operate however theyd like.

I had no idea what to get to fill a pothole. Someone in the store pointed me to the building materials. I looked through everything and couldnt decide and didnt see anyone in the department to help me out. I walked over to a desk where i spoke with John. Even though it wasnt his department, he walked over and showed me what to get, 2 60lbs bags. I wasnt prepared to carry these bags, i didnt expect them to be so heavy. I told John thank you and that i needed to run outside to get a cart. I came back (grabbed a few things), and there was John standing in front of his desk with both bags already on a cart and ready to go. Thank you John, this is the best service i have ever received in a Home Depot. I recommend this Home Depot, best service so far.

I ordered a $1700 carpet that was installed by Home Depot coated with formaldehyde. The rug had such a bad toxic smell/odor from the formaldehyde in it that any normal person would not be able to sit in the room without their eyes watering and there sinus burning after 5 minutes. The Home Depot ripped it out quickly the next day, and left me with stripped floors with no padding and only tac-less down. Spoke with several Home Depot Supervisors with an arrogant attitude and disrespectful manner that did nothing to fix the problem. ATTN CEO of HD will NEVER shop in your stores again, and tell everyone I can what happened to me. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service with this Home Depot.

If you are planning a remodel think twice before having Home Depot come out. This is the biggest joke and most un-professional staff I have ever meet. They sub the labor out to some carpet company that doesnt know how to completely anything!! They have come out to my house three times to fix the job they are still trying to complete. **WARNING** Save your time and your money and do it yourself, dont even have the conversation with these people. Do NOT go here, this is a joke! I have to take another day off of work to baby sit these people!

Cono, the Supervisor of the lumber department provided me with one of the greatest retail shopping experiences ever!!!! I needed help in the plumbing department and he knows that trade well. He took time to ask me questions, and explain to me what I needed. Outstanding!!!! If everyone was like him, Home Depot would crush the competition! Look forward to seeing Cono again, thank you for your great service!

We renovated a bathroom with excellent service, from cabinets to tile and fixtures and granite counter tops. The Home Depot crews were pleasant, helpful, punctual and efficient. Special help from Marcel in the paint department helped me to complete the job with the painting of the bath and the adjacent bedroom. It was a much better experience than a previous renovation with a local "contractor" on our own!

RATHER UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH A FLAMBOYANTLY GAY CASHIER. NOT A WORD OF GREETING OR THANK YOU, AND THE RESPONSE WHEN IT DUMPED MY CHANGE INTO MY HAND-NOT COUNTED BUT DUMPED.. "NO PROBLEM" WHEN I SAID "THANK YOU" CASHIER "AKEEM" IS A GREAT REASON TO SHOP AT LOWES FROM NOW ON. USED TO BE A GOOD STORE , NOW GONE TO THE CRAPPER. WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT?????

This place sucks, managers act a little agitated and some workers give attutude and eavesdrop on conversations,a few are nice and ask how your day is after you smile at them others will give you a weird eye and wont even smile back for the 1% that care about the custonwrs i give 1 star, but honestly service could be better.

I went to this Home Depot to get some screws. An employee assisted me and helped me find the screw I needed. Then, I went to get a dowel, someone helped me find where that was and gave some alternative suggestions. On top of that, the cashier was very friendly, and everything was very organized.

We visited Home Depot last week and needed advice about several items that needed to be replaced in our rental unit in Jupiter. One of the employees called Larry was very helpful and we would like to commend him on his good work!
