So, while the purchasing experience was great, that turned out to be the top of the mountain and downhill since. The furniture was delivered, and the back of the loveseat had an issue where the staples didnt take hold and the fabric is pulling away from the frame. I called and was told it would be replaced no problem. I was asked to send pics to 2 managers. I did so that day. After 2 days of no reply, I asked them to verify receipt giving benefit of doubt that maybe the email didnt go thru. I got verification, but that was it. 5 days later I inquired about the replacement. The manager offered me $100 to "just keep it as is". Um... NO! So after another almost week of no response, I drove to the store and explained what happened. I was told that my replacement would be delivered that Friday. Well... Friday came and went. No loveseat. So I called this past Monday. I was informed that replacement deliveries only go out Monday - Thursday. Arrangements were made for it to be delivered today. We were to get a call in the morning with am estimated time of delivery, and another call when they were 30 minutes out. Well, here we are.... Again, no call and NO LOVESEAT!!!!! At my wits end. Going to call again tomorrow and hopefully keep my cool when I inquire for the 5th time WHEN Ill be getting my replacement. I even bought the warranty so its not like it is something not covered. Beyond frustrated!! Excellent experience! If you need new furniture, go in and ask for Cody! Great guy, very knowledgeable, didnt feel pressured at all! Walked in to look, walked out with couch, love seat, coffee table, end tables and lamps!!!

Not really happy with them, some of there stuff is cheap, but I used their layaway system cause lets face it isnt that cheap. They also confuse you and and make it seem like you are getting a better deal with waranties and stuff but its $500 more than tag when it all said and done. When I went to pick up my first item they didnt have it and it will take 6-8weeks for it. When I was paying for it they knew the exact date I would pay it off and i made it clear i wanted to pick it up within that week. The week before paying it off I call to confirm they still had it they did and I made it clear I would be taking it away then they tell me they sold it and tried to offer me a crappy substitute. On top of that the other item I was going to pick up that they confirmed to have in stock was not there either so I paid $2000 to sit in an unfurnished house for another 2 months they didnt even offer a discount or the floor model (they said I couldnt have that one i askes) if you dont have it in stock why show it off. Moral of the story just buy your stuff somewhere else you get what you pay for

I just bought my first house and have spent several days recently shopping for furniture. Cameron at this location provided better service than I got when I looked at more traditional furniture stores. He followed us around while we made our selections, patiently answering questions and helping us take measurements. When it was time to check out, he explained the various warranty and protection options available and didnt push the issue when we declined them. He arranged for our delivery and made the whole process easy. Unfortunately, the dining table we ordered was missing some parts. A quick phone call to the store and they had the parts waiting for me when I arrived to pick them up. I saved thousands by making my furniture purchase here and got better service than Ive had at much more expensive stores. Whenever I need anything else, I will definitely check this American Freight location first.

I had bad experience with them. I finalized one sofa and did payment for that. When they brought out the packed sofa it was defective piece , I told them to replace it then they brought another piece but that was also defective and they told me that this is Brand new as we got from manufacturer and they offered me replacement part and were telling me to fix me at my Home. I dont know how they can expect customer to fix the new sofa. I clearly told them either to fix it here or give my money back. Then I heard the surprising words, they told that we dont have any return policy. I fought with them for 10-15 mins then finally they agreed to give my money back. So I will suggest to all who are planning to go there, consider this scenario also.

My daughter bought furniture there and said they were so nice. I decided to go and get a table and chairs...Steve helped me and was so polite and helpful I bought them. With the intent of going back next month to get a mattress and box spring set.. Then after that a new couch. Thank you Steve Customer for life, ps: my 2 friends dont have a computer but wanted to say they also had a great experience and my 1 friend Betty Kost bought a couch the same day. She is coming back for table and chairs...Madeline DeLucia said she liked the store and Steve she will be replacing her mattress and will return. Jolene A Mantia

My son was looking for a Love seat for his apartment. He Google for furniture stores near him and your store came up. We walked into the store and was greeted immediately. The associate asked what we were looking for and my son told him and Love seat and I jokingly added "cat proof". He took us to a love seat made of a special type material that can with stand puncturing. My son checked it out along with others and decided on the first one the salesman took us too. They loaded it in the truck for us after being sure to wrap it in plastic to protect it . We will come back again on future furniture needs and will be sure to let others know of the fantastic service and prices.

My husband and I had been searching for a sectional and went to several different stores before ending up at American Freight. We were greeted by Cameron immediately upon entering the store, but not aggressively. Told him what we were looking for and he showed us around the warehouse. Then he left us alone, checking on us periodically! We found a sectional that we love and the price could not have been better. Cameron was very helpful, without being pushy. I appreciated that he left us to look around the warehouse and check everything out without bugging us constantly. When we had questions, he was there to answer them. I would highly recommend American Freight!
