I had been looking at a certain brand of watch that does not have many authorized dealers in the United States, other than major cities with pockets of wealth. I was on vacation and decided it was time to satisfy my desire to procure a new timepiece. Fortunately, on the east coast of Florida, I had several options, Provident Jewelry being one of them, and specifically, the Jupiter store being within a reasonable drive of where I was vacationing. I had looked at several authorized dealers near Provident for this specific watch, and after reviewing comments, customer service and everything else one analyzes prior to making a large purchase I chose Provident as my authorized dealer. I called the store and Julie Rutter answered my call as well as answered all of my questions. The watch I wanted was not in the store, though she said she could have it available in store the following day. I woke up the following day and had a follow up e-mail and phone call from Julie letting me know my watch was available if I was still interested. Long story short, I arrived at the store, was warmly greeted by all of the staff, and was offered a beverage. While I wanted a glass of wine, I indulged in an espresso as I had other errands to run that day. While drinking my espresso, I looked at several of the watches from the manufacturer I was interested in all while Julie answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the watch. The watch looked somewhat intimidating as there are several movements, though I learned how to use every feature within about 5 minutes. After choosing the exact model I wanted, I asked a few more questions and decided to purchase the watch. No hassle, no pressure, polite and knowledgeable staff and a fantastic cappuccino/espresso/wine bar. Furthermore, there is a "cigar room" where you can sit and sip on your beverage while enjoying a cigar offered to me by the staff. The ventilation is superb and there is no smell of smoke in the store. Really, I was very impressed by this as not everyone enjoys a cigar nor the potential of being exposed to second hand cigar smoke. While sipping on my espresso and smoking my cigar (gratis - thank you) I payed for my purchase and filled out the registration paperwork. Jeff, one of the store managers, sat with me and we chatted for some time about timepieces and the history of horology (which is the study and measurement of time). This is not only a very high end store, but there is something in there for everybody. Other than getting EXACTLY what I wanted, and Provident having an enormous selection of difficult to find watches, the entire shopping experience itself was an experience. I wish I had had more time to browse the other beautiful pieces in the store but I was limited in my time and everything worked out perfect. Thank you Provident Jewelry and specifically Julie Rutter for making my shopping experience seamless and one that everyone should be able to enjoy, at least once in a lifetime.

Walking into Provident, I was immediately impressed by the dazzling and vast selection of jewelry! I tried to look and sound confident when I said, "I am here to purchase an engagement ring." The receptionist said, "I have Janie for you; she is the BEST." I was hoping that was true! Within minutes, I knew I chose the right store and the Lord graciously allowed me to work with an expert in engagement rings. I am over the moon with the results of my shopping trips. There was ease, professionalism, and expertise across the counter from the first time examining diamonds and settings all the way through the sizing before the proposal. Janie secured diamonds from other stores and she patiently helped me choose what dazzled my heart. It wasnt a ridiculously expensive piece. The price was reasonable thanks to everyone at Provident who made it affordable. I know men shy away from the responsibility of choosing without their soon to be fiancé present, but if you get Janie at Provident, there is no doubt you fiancé will be stunned when you ask, "Will you marry me," and present the engagement ring. Lord willing, she will say yes because of you, but the engagement ring allows you to shower her with unspoken love, even when you are not holding her hand. My advice, choose Provident in Jupiter, FL and get Janie as your engagement ring expert!!!

When I walked into Provident Jewelry for the first time a few years ago, I expected a bit of “de rigueur” standoffishness from the sales staff, given the utterly exquisite jewelry and opulent ambience. But I was greeted with genuine warmth by everyone and made to feel immediately at home--- which meant a great deal to me since I was there to sell a relatively modest diamond ring but with deep emotional significance for me. I left the ring there, and, eventually, Provident offered me a price for it. Friends suggested I take the ring elsewhere which I did. I quickly found out that I had been offered a more than fair price by Provident and contacted them, rather sheepishly, to ask them to reconsider buying the ring. I was, once again, treated with warmth and respect, and Provident honored the original sales agreement --- though they would’ve been within their rights to lower the amount of their offer. This is an extraordinary company with extraordinary staff. These are people who are genuinely warm and kind and honest --- and, of course, highly knowledgeable. Provident Jewelry exemplifies the expression: Doing well by doing good.

I dont write reviews at all, but I use them to make some of my most important decisions on where to bring my business. So I figured after dealing with a particular Jewelry store to purchase an engagement ring and having such an amazing experience I felt is only be right to give others a chance to get an amazing experience as well. I stop in to Provident Jewelry on Indiantown road in Jupiter Fl after work one day. I wanted some info and a feel for the store. Im greeted by Matteo as I walk in the door and I could go into details but I will leave it at this....I have worked in sales in the past and the professionalism, knowledge along with the no pressure atmosphere was NOT something you see very often. That being said I did not go anywhere else after my 1st visit to Provident . After doing some research Matt and Seth not only located but worked me out a great deal on my fiancées dream engagement ring. Provident is our jewelry store they have our business from here on out! Cant thank you guys enough she was speechless!!!!

I recently purcahsed an engagement ring from Provident Jewelers Jupiter and could not have been happier with the entire process. As someone who was doing this for the first time, I was nervous as one would imagine. From the time I first stepped into the building through the very end of getting the ring resized after the proposal, Matteo DeFalco and the entire staff treated us with the absolute best customer service, patience and advice. Matteo made what I was expecting to be a difficult process very easy all while helping me pick out the most perfect ring within my budget at my own pace. We are definitely customers for life and will refer Matteo and Provident Jewwlers to all of our family and friends for their jewelry and especially their engagement ring needs. Thanks for all your help and making my fiancé dream ring and proposal come true!!!
