They do have a good selection of Pandora Products. However the service is poor. I have been in 2 times in 6 months to purchase Pandora charms for my daughters bracelet. BOTH times I have been told they cannot clean the bracelet because the "machine is tied up and it also that it takes 45 to clean the bracelet??? Are they crazy? They must take me for a fool ..but never again!! 45 minutes to clean a simple,silver Pandora bracelet with 4 charms on it...Cmom. I can take a hint. youre too lazy to do it. Unfortunately this has lost you a good customer (both my daughters and 6 sisters - in - law have Pandora bracelets.. its also garnered you this scathing review!! Would love the Pandora company to know how this jeweler is representing its products!! Going elsewhere in the future!!

My wife and I were looking to get a custom wedding band designed to match a uniquely-shaped engagement ring. We went in to talk to Gary (the stores jewelry designer) and he sketched out some ideas & gave us a price range, which we felt was reasonable. We decided to go ahead with it, and received the finished product yesterday. Were very pleased with it, and Gary came in under his price range. It did take quite a bit longer than expected, and we did have to call to get status updates a majority of the time, however the finished product (and price) is the most important thing. We didnt interact with any of the other staff, so I cant speak to them at all.

The Good: Michelle who handles Sales and Marketing at J Douglas is Amazing!! Personable, Professional and Knowledgeable. Michelle understands the concept of building a relationship and developing a life long customer. 5 Stars for Michelle. The Bad: In my Opinion Curt the Owner does not understand the concept of building a relationship or developing a lifelong customer. He is only concerned about Curt and every decision he makes is made for the benefit of Curt. The next time I buy a watch I will go to the man selling watches on the street corner before I give Curt a dollar of my money. Zero Stars for Curt

I went in there to buy an engagement ring the lady was very nice and tried to take care of us but she did says as soon as we told her what we were looking for that the gentlemen there had to help us. We waited but because my boyfriend was wearing shorts he kept looking up as weird and didnt really want to help us after he was done helping a customer he went and sat down in the back and she had to keep calling on him to answer any questions. Dont judge a book by its cover now you just lost a customer.

The people there were super nice, quick and thorough with my watch. I ONLY went there to get a new battery installed and she was very nice about everything and even allowed me to see the inside after opening it. Other than that I dont know how there purchasing and customer service is for new purchases and warranties. If you need a new battery though this place you can go to without any worries.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Ive had my wedding ring repaired several times here, and when it is returned to me its more beautiful than ever! The owners always do an excellent job, very honest and trustworthy. I have found their prices very affordable, especially when I have had them create custom pieces of jewelry for me. Ive been a loyal customer for years now and will never use another jeweler!

I had been looking for a good selection of Pandora charms, and here was one practically in my back yard. Thanks for being patient while my Daughter made her selection. Now my wife is asking for me to take her in as well, so well see you soon.
