Never say the word smartwatch in this store. Theyll immediately shake their head and turn away any help for you. I went here a few months ago when I received a Moto 360, looking for a band replacement. I was unable to find a band, but they observed the watch and a lady in the back told me they could definitely do it, but highly recommended getting a band from the manufacturer. Well, the time came, and I immediately came here with high hopes since they seemed to have good knowledge. I walked in, told a worker up front what I needed (watch band replaced) and she said talk to the guy in the back. I told him what was going on, and as SOON as I said smartwatch, he immediately shook his head. "We dont do that here." I explained to him that I came here earlier, my watch was observed (with a magnifying glass even) and I was told the band could be changed. Upon telling him this, he looked at my watch a little bit (didnt look too hard) and continued to shake his head, almost as if he wanted nothing to do with it. It was extremely frustrating. If I had never said the word smartwatch, Im almost certain I would have walked out of that store with a replaced watchband.

There were mixed impressions with this jeweler. I stopped in because of the positive reviews and while my impression stayed positive while initially talking to the salesmen at the location, it quickly plummeted after speaking with the owner. The salesman I worked with was very cooperative and enthusiastic about finding the somewhat unconventional item I desired. When speaking with the owner about this idea though, I found my search quickly shot down as if it was an inconvenience if anything. He was rude, abrupt, dismissive, and only heard what he wanted to hear. From what I remember, the customer is the one that requests what they want - not the other way around. The salesman who had originally been so nice later followed up with a very vague message that he could not help me any longer. No further explanation or sense of service was expressed. My overall impression: If its not already in the store and you arent ready to just buy into "the norm" then there is too much inconvenience and they are no longer looking for a customer to spend their money there. This is not somewhere I will be visiting again.

I just got engaged and wanted a few appraisals for insurance purposes. I gave LS Jewelers a call, and the man was incredibly rude. I asked if they did appraisals and he says "what for". I stated it was a diamond ring, that it was new, and he proceeds to say "why would you ever buy a ring and not have it appraised from where if was purchased?" He didnt ask this question nicely, but was EXTREMELY rude about it. I stated that it was a gift and I wanted appraisals for insurance purposes, but that it didnt matter because they would not be receiving my services anyways. Too bad for them, I had 2 friends who are looking to get a few pieces appraised and want my opinion. I will be telling them where NOT to go!

I have dealt with this family jewelers for as long as I can remember. Even my parents (55 years of marriage) shopped with the founder Big Al Shaw. They treated me like family and I am very particular about how I want my jewelry. Alexis and Ron went above and beyond my expectations!!! There is no other jeweler in this tri-state area that compares or can beat their prices!!! Before you go ANYWHERE, go see Alexis and I guarantee you wont be disappointed!!!

I have purchased every piece of jewelry my wife/I own since we met 11.5 years ago... watches, pearls, engagement rings, wedding rings, and cleaning our jewelery. I do this because of the loyalty they show me when walking in the door, and the incredible prices/selection! If ur on a budget, dont worry! They will take time to search their catalog, or inventory for ur range...best jeweler in town, and the store mgr Pete is a pure gentleman. Thank you LS!

Love, love, love, love this store! Absolutely wonderful. The staff was sooooo helpful and easy to talk to! Very helpful, especially considering how indecisive I am.....lol.....they were so patient and understanding and sooooo willing to help! Absolutely fabulous merchandise, some of the most beautiful jewelry Ive ever seen. Just an amazing experience all together, definitely the only jewelry store I will be dealing with in the future!

The nicest people to buy jewelry from! I wanted to buy a gift for my wife, Alexis was incredibly patient with me and help my pick out the perfect gift. I was also amazed by how good quality of the jewelry was, the jewelry felt like it made to last and not break apart in couple of months like many of the others out there-- bottom line is that I feel that I couldnt have gotten same quality and service at the chain stores!--good job guys!

My soon to be husband purchased my engagement ring here and it is so beautiful and brilliant. It is a truly great quality stone. Weve been engaged for quite some time now so Ive managed to pop in for a cleaning and also purchase my wedding band that is equally as beautifully designed. The staff are very friendly and will definitely go over the top for their customers. Truly a wonderful jeweler!

Yesterday while i was shopping in Robinson I noticed my watch stopped... and then I remembered I had a free coupon in my purse with my husbands watch Ive been meaning to get fixed for weeks now. They couldnt have been any nicer, treated me like family!!! And I got one battery for FREE!! I definitely know where Im sending him for our anniversary next month.

Got my wifes engagement ring, and other assorted jewelry for her over the years. I loved how down to earth their sales and support staff were. I even got to pick out the stone I loved, all diamonds were certified, and came with their certificates. Truly a ring purchase Ill remember for the rest of my life!
