The kingsley person needs to chill out. No need to be so harsh on the person doing their job and following the rules set by corporate. Read the coupons details in the fine print it says discount off regular price not non member price. Also are you sure you called the correct number for the store. They always answer when I call to check to see if they have a new product I just saw online. As far as talking about the GNC in Bartram Park well it is awesome and prices are the same as online. They always go out of their way to make sure I get the best deal and the best products. I shop in there on a weekly basis and they always find a way to get me a deal without being a member. I used a coupon that the Manager Matt explained comes off the regular price and that they are not able to double discounts off of sale prices which is understandable (stores still have to make a profit to pay bills, staff, rent). Matt and staff are always very helpful and give me samples. No reason to go to any other store. This store has a very knowledgeable staff and tries to help everyone without being pushy. I always enjoy shopping at this store and seeing the new products that come out. Shop small and help support the local businesses where taxes go back into the community instead of some CEOs bonus.

I first tried calling the store 5 or 6 times throughout the day and received no answer. I went to the store that evening with a coupon for 30% off any 2 items that was advertised in the monthly discount Mint magazine. GNC has posted THREE different prices on their items, Regular, Member, and Non member price. I wanted to purchase 2 Optimum Nutrition 5lbs whey protein. This was listed at 99.99 regular, 62.99 nonmember, and 59.99 member price. The standard as a non member is to pay the Non member price. MATT, who is supposedly a manager tried to hard sell me the GNC made protein powder and when I declined it he refuse to honor my coupon at the Non member price and tried to charge me the regular price of 99.99. He was basically trying to cheat me and void the discount of the coupon. I asked to talk to his supervisor/ owner and he refused to put me in contact with this person. Stay away from this shady GNC..... Go to the GNC down by the Old St Augustine and 295 intersection. They are helpful, professional, and not out to cheat their customers.

This store is a franchise and locally owned. They offer free samples of products to try before you buy some products. The staff is knowledgeable and take any GNC coupon or finds ways to give you the best price. Their prices match online for GNC brand and some others. Matt is very helpful and was able to sign me up for the new free cash back program.

The staff here is extremely helpful without being too pushy. Very informative with a vast knowledge of the products on hand. The store is as clean as any GNC store Ive visited and the prices are equal to those of any other vitamin/health shop except they have great sales going on every week. Would recommend. Will revisit.

I always havegreat experience shopping at this location. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable of the product. On several occasions I have been looking to try new brands of pre-workout or protein and these associates have always had great suggestions. This store is my go-to, I recommend it to anyone in the area.

This is the only GNC Ive frequented and I avoid it when I can. The staff is pretentious and have no customer service skills. I prefer going to Vitamin Shoppe as their selection is better and the staff is much friendlier. I only go GNC in a pinch when I cant make it to Vitamin Shoppe.
