Fitlife Foods, Dr. Phillips, has the best food options when in and around Orlando. The food is healthy and best of all, it is tasty! Try the new Power Greens salad, it will surprise you with its taste! But, my favorite is the Surf and Turf. Thank you to the friendly staff - they always have a smile and are willing to explain the meals/snacks and drink offerings at Fitlife Foods, Dr. Phillips.

stopped in for the second time and actually purchased food this time. Staff was very friendly, and the food selections are good healthy options. I got some breakfast, a salad with shrimp, and salmon that im eating for dinner. Its a bit expensive obviously, but you pay for what you get. Ill be back tomorrow to get my food for the day as well most likely.

wow!! food is awesome ,tried 2 days worth feel like Im in heaven or moved in a chef from ritz carleton.i dont even feel like Im suffering on a diet I look forward to eating my meals yum yum I will update weight loss I lost 1/2 pound in 24hrs
